Good luck, and lets see what next.... dig, cast, errect ?
I'm still clearing some of the rubbish left by the previous owners. Must've had a dozen fires by now! Anything that can't burn goes in the wheelie bin and anything too big for the wheelie bin is stacked up at the bottom of the garden ready for a trip to the tip.
Dig, cast, erect - is that all? Shouldn't take long then!
Assuming approval, plans go to Building regs for approval/sign-off.
Then they go to the builder so he can produce a costed schedule of works.
Then as and when I have the cash for each stage the builder will knock it up.
I'm hoping to have all the ground work done and foundations/footings/slab laid by the end of the year. By then I'll probably have run out of cash.
Being a public sector employee we are looking at a pay freeze for the next few years and a 25% cut in our budget = no overtime. It was going to be the overtime that paid for this so some things will end up getting sold.......
