Between 265 & 485 SQ/FT ChadTexas Garage

Workspaces sized between 265 and 485 squarefeet.
I went to Home Depot tonight to do some Christmas browsing. I have had my eye on a Milwaukee kit for some time and would like to replace my Porter Cable NiCad power tools.
I found a great deal I got the Drill and Driver kit with a $50 credit so I got a blower.
These tools will be going under the Christmas tree but my wife let me open them up and try them out to make sure they were not damaged.
My fist thoughts were the blower was very powerful with only one notch on the batteries, this will be perfect for blowing debris out of the garage. I didn't try out the drill or driver but they seem well built and light.

The bike looks great! I have been riding to work... Almost time to add the studded tires for winter....
Changed the Oil in the car and truck. Any time I get to use my Snap-On ratchet I am happy. Here are some action shots.

Thanks! I sometimes think this little hobby is a waste of time but it is worth it when you get ideas and feed back from people in other countries, it widens my prospective.
Thanks! I try to keep it looking good, I couldn't imagine you guys up in Canada taking care of your cars in the extreme cold. I see you have a nice big space heater in your garage, I bet that puts off pretty decent heat. I don't think they sell something that big around here.

Yea winter cleaning is mostly a drive through car wash and rush home to the garage that has been pre-heated to do the finishing touches. The heater i've got now is a Bionaire, puts off great heat, and its quiet as well.
Here is my little air compressor. I use it to air up the tires and blow off dust around the garage. What I really like about it being under the tool cart is that I can roll it around. I typically put my miter saw on top and roll it out into the driveway and then I have some compressed air right there to blow all the saw dust away.

My first idea is for you to revise the above statement. Your not allowed to use that kind of language.
As for a real suggestion: If it were my garage i would get the bicycle out of there or mounted up to the roof. Then you can put your stool and black compressor cart against the back wall beside your workbench.
I considered doing that but since the front of my garage has a step I dont want to drag the cart up and down. Also I use the cart and stool together as a desk when using my computer in the garage. There isn't enough room on the step for me to sit in front of the tool cart.
I would like to add a water faucet to the garage for hooking up an electric pressure washer. The door behind the main tool box houses a hot water heater. I could tap into the cold input line and put the faucet to the right of the main tool box. I hate doing plumbing because you always run into problems.

Sweet pics, that must have been an awesome day. That Kobalt "tool chest" is crazy.
I completed a few projects that have been on my list for a while.
I didn't like the wire screwdriver rack because it would not hold my screwdrivers strait, so I built a wood holder.

Added a little magnetic dry erase board from wallyworld. I put my triathlon race bibs up on the board. This will be a good place to write down oil change intervals and other stuff.

Great picture as usual Chad.
Had a couple changes today. I got rid of my security light and replaced it with a recessed light with a 50watt bulb which is actually 8w LED equivalent. The security light had a 75w and 150w light on it and now I will be able to just leave this 8w LED light on when its dark and save me on electricity. It lights up my security sign and the gate.
While I was changing out the light my truck was making a hissing noise so I had to get new tires. I have 50,008 miles on my truck and my tires had a 50,000 mile warranty go figure. Now I am set with Michelin LTX M/S2 265/70R17.

I am the guy doing sprint triathlons on my mountain bike. I do it for fun and to keep me in semi good shape. Most of the sprint triathlons around here have been canceled due to not enough interest. I have to go to Dallas or Oklahoma City.
Washed my truck, I bet my neighbors think I am crazy because there is still snow around but it got up to 50F.

I use to live close to there at 4th & 19th. Next to what was at the time Plains national bank. I think it's something else now and across the street from the methodist church. Been about 5 WT homecomings since I have been there. Lots of good memories of being 19 and stupid in that little town. Should have seen the inside of the Randall country jail dozens of times

I had problems with my PVC air hose, rolling it up and dragging it around the shop so I switched to a coil nylon hose which also gave me problems becasuse it would stretch out and not return to its original shape. They were both cheap like the cheapest you can buy. I decided to upgrade to a polyurithane hose which is like rubber. This hose is about twice the weight of the other ones and it is wound really small but still streatches to 25ft.

I have been playing with your idea and would like to get a Husky floor wall cabinet. I would put my 4 drawer tool cart next to the work bench and then put the cabinet next to the cart. It would just barely clear the attic ladder and would limit walking space around the front of my truck. Decisions Decisions.
