Looks like 27 Amps on the name plate but I could be wrong. Minimum fuse or breaker size would be 27 x 1.25 = 33.75. (Largest motor in the whole machine).Next common fuse/breaker size is 40 amps. Are there any motors or loads in the compressor like fans or driers? They get added to the total Current/amp draw. The motor can actually be fused at 250% of full load amperage. This is to overcome startup.
Can you give any details as to what was fixed or changed?

OP- Glad you were able to get things figured out!
For those of us that may have 12 buddies (I do, however one can't be trusted; maybe a traitor) and would like to make a similar purchase (minus the 110v motor excitement) would you be willing to share the contact info for these units?

OP hasn't logged on for a year, so don't hold your breath.China is more than capable of building high end stuff. More companies than you realize buy from China and rebrand. $800 for a scroll compressor. I'd be willing to give a go. ha
You don't need three phase to beat 10cfm. That said, you have the ability to get 3 phase?Just got a quote from the same company for $800 shipped.
220v 1 phase
10cfm @ 120 psi
It's their only 1 phase unit which is why its such low cfm. Looks like I may need to do 3 phase in the garage. :/
I hear ya on the noise...ba dum tish...Just saying that's what they offer for 1 phase. Even the higher cfm Eastwood is 3 phase. There must be something to the scrolls that need more powerful motors for the higher cfm?
I could run a piston pump compressor 220 single phase and get about 30 CFM. But I'm trying to get away from the noise
Tell Apple that.Like EVERYTHING else: NOBODY goes to China to improve quality. They go to China to improve profits.
Princess auto?
Princess auto?
Curious what they let it go for at scratch and dent if you want to share. Also would love to hear how those Hyundai compressors are in use, there isnt a lot out there about them.
$600 for everything including the new Chonda? How? lol. Good deal!Scratch and dent scroll compressor
I was at a physio appointment in town Saturday. Around the corner is a Princess Auto... They were having a scratch and dent sale... C$600.00 for everything... I ended up buying 3 compressors of varying sizes, a 420cc gas engine, and a parts washer tank. The smallest compressor I was able to fix...www.garagejournal.com
