Does someone have a link to the smaller ones?
Are they still in play?
I just got off the phone with Sears. My bank charge is still stuck at the "processing" stage when I look at my statement. According to a phone CSR, the reason is that the name I used in the website is different from the one on my credit card.
Ugh. I guess I'll order again. ***** though...my original order was the evening of 12/14, I was really hoping it would get fulfilled.
Mine status just changed from "in process" to "pending." Don't know what that means!
ordered mine Friday the 15th. since Saturday it still says
"In Process:
Part is being prepared for shipment. It should ship within 1-2 business days, and arrive within 5-7 business days."
Not holding my breath....
Still no change here.
Wonder how long they are going to make us wait.
I've talked on "chat" twice with them. They assure me that they're waiting on additional stock to arrive. Both times they've "elevated" my questions to the "next level." HA! Nothing happens!
Mine says "pending" and previous to that was "in process." Have no idea what that means and either did they! They do already have my money, however. That went through immediately after ordering.
Too funny!
Kinda want to cancel but don't want to miss out in case Sears magically pulls some wrenches out of their ***.
I told them to cancel the order and refund my money which they said would be done and I still haven’t gotten my money back. I’m sure I will get it eventually but damn they have been a pain to deal with

For the folks who have received their wrenches, any tips for keeping them organized? They are too big for the standard wrench racks. I was thinking about going the coiled wire route that I have seen in a few posts.

it seems to me that if you use PayPal, they won't release the payment until it ships (or becomes available for pickup). i remember noticing this, and wondering how bad things must be that PP was tightening up on them . . . .since then, i have exclusively used paypal.
I use the Ernst "Space Saver" wrench rails. Work perfect and sell for around $13-$15 for the complete set on eBay. The notches graduate in size along with the wrenches, so each wrench fits perfectly. They hold 20 wrenches each (40 total), so with my 25pc metric set, I used some small leftover Snap On rails for the five smallest metric wrenches.

Those are pretty.... I lucked out and got the a jumbo set when this all first started. I liked them so much that I placed a second order so I would have a set to put away for collecting but that’s when the orders started getting messed up. I think mine was one of the first to get “stuck” on 12/5. I sure wish I could find the rest of this set at a reasonable price though, I missed out when everyone picked them up on the cheap a while back.
If anyone grabbed an extra set back then and would like to unload them for a reasonable price shoot me a message, don’t mind you making a profit just don’t have crazy money to throw at them.
So although you already got a set, you want someone else to sell you another one while there are many who never even got it all?
Reading isn’t hard it just takes time... No as a matter a fact in the sears sales section someone had their wrenches show up with the metric set missing and when he called sears they told him to send them back for a refund. I thought this was so unfair that I told him that if he wished I would would send him the second set I had bought (Just to put up and save) and only charge him what I paid for them plus what It cost me to ship them. I am looking for the set with common size industrial wrenches that went cheap a year or 2 ago, I think through the Sears Outlets. I unlike a few on here just trying to be greasy and turn a dollar, think of others besides myself.

SEAR's is such a bunch of losers. If you've been dealing with them much over the years you can see how they landed in this ditch.

Its sad they ended up where they are. They had everything in place to compete in the cyber shopping world and they didn't have the for site to get on the band wagon. Poor management![]()
They think that the order is for a door and lamp switch! HA!
