There is lots of hammertone paints available in spray cans. If one only does some searching there is a whole new world out there.

Local K-Mart use to carry the hammertones as well as many textured (wrinkle [light, medium and heavy], matte plus the multi color heavy texture paint common in automobile trunks 'back in the day'. The trunk paint (as I call it - because I don't remember the proper name) came in 3 or 4 predominate colors (gray, green, tan/brown and the ever popular black & white).
