Junk. You can get a DVM that handles all that and more. Also get a timing light with a dial set.
So, how would I use a DVM to set points? How would i use a DVM to set the idle air screws on a Carter AFB? Using a DVM on new stuff is fine, but if using it on older cars, trucks and tractors, they won't always work very well or as easy or work at all.
A timing light with a dial set isn't need if using on older engines and can be just something else that can break.
$40 is a decent asking price.....maybe get them down to thirty or so.

Yea, I'm wondering the same thing. How does a dvm read dwell? Or more specifically can one buy a dvm that reads dwell?
Guess I am old too
I got one of those for Christmas in 1982-83.
