If you mean the DeWalt grinder, don't get the 20V Dewalt grinder if you have serious business to do with the tool. Getting the 60V Max version is the only way to go. And it's pricey.
Yeah, like I mentioned I already have the flexvolt one, just looking for a lighter duty complimentary one.

The Flexvolt is certainly powerful and has a decent run tile, but it’s too heavy and bulky to put to good use. I will be looking for a smaller, lighter battery grinder, as something in that order would better fit my requirements.

Same. I have the OG closed handle brushed one, which is a nice unit, but have been proactively looking for a deal on a BL one. Ideally I can keep a different wheel on each one, and reserve the 60v for heavy grind/slicing.

I was able to get a price match at Lowes but honestly I wish I'd just bought it from Amazon. Lowes is always a hassle.

20V ShopVac at 50% off... Shipped and Sold by Amazon so you should be able to get it price matched at a local big box store like HD or Lowes

Thanks Bud
Wanted to get one for the kids and was waiting on a deal. Love mine . Tried going up to Lowes to match but they did not have even though showed 3. The lady was nice and checked all the other stores in area and only one had it but was to far away to make before closing time. So Jeff Bezos got some more money he doesn't need. :ROFLMAO:

Counterfeit or shoplifted, no doubt. No way any legit seller could hit that price.

OH OK, I didn't know. As always "YMMV and Let the buyer beware"

Didn’t mean to sound pointed with my response, so apologies. Whether you are OK buying “hot“ batteries is up to the individual, not for me to judge.

But if the batteries are counterfeit I worry about a different kind of “hot” - namely they can burn down your house!

Not counterfeit. If they come in that packaging, along with the sellers rating, just about guarantee they are real.
It is very very hard to imagine anyone but the manufacturer making money at selling them that low, especially with eBay fees. However to have sold 250 units of them, would be difficult to have done by stealing them.

But you always have that pastor

I don’t know Dewalt’s cost on this item but the cheapest retail of all time is around $125 for these. At $80, less ebay fees, that’s about $68 net to the seller, less 8 or 9 bucks more for shipping. So the seller is essentially blowing these out for $55-60 in pocket. No way they are legit - hot or counterfeit.

No No you're good. Oh I know, those LI batteries can be dangerous.
I have a mind to order a set and check them out.
And lf they are counterfeit, try to get them taken down!

They were $105.00 on Amazon Yesterday, but it didn't last long at all!
I saw it on Slickdeals.
Put them in my cart to post here, and went to the page, then they were back up, I don't recall about $145.00 something like that.

They could very well be legit, could be manufacturer's overstock, they bought a closed store at auction, etc. Manufactured cost for these is in the $20 range, so it's certainly possible to make money selling them at $80.

Batts with old dates can get cleared out from stockers cheap. If the seller is not a dewalt auth dealer, you probably have no dewalt wty if the battery is over 3 years old (3 year warranty, 1 yr free service).
There is also a small industry of breaking up kits and BOGOs.

20V 3/8" Cordless Ratchet with oil resistant power stack battery, charger and bag is on sale for $159 at Home Depot. Seems like a good deal since I see the bare tool listed for more than that elsewhere.

Yes. Also available as the tool only (+ battery) for the same price. Only difference is that that one is available in store. https://www.homedepot.com/p/DEWALT-...h-Kickback-Brake-Tool-Only-DCG418B/312742154?

I ended up grabbing that 60V grinder + battery for $229 delivered with the help of a convenient 10% off coupon that HD sent me. Not bad, but now I need even more Flexvolt batteries so it will become expensive fast.
