Odd NOS electrical stuff can often be found on EBay for pretty cheap.I doubt it. The dimensions were standardized a long ways back, and toggle switches need to fit into things like exterior switch covers and under protective straps that only allow for certain lengths. I'd expect spec grade 20A, 277V, and even fractional horsepower rated switches to all fit the same dimensions.
An industrial grade motor starter switch might have a slightly longer toggle, but retails over $80 and would make any box an uncomfortable squeeze.
