Haha, thanks Rick, yes that one is on my radar, although i want to try and avoid buying it as its basically $200, which seems crazy for what it is (a hose reel). I'm also toying with the idea of a manual one they have for less then half of that price. I think that Gardena is definitely a quality piece, I remember my dad used to always use their products, and its German! I found a similar one to the one above on clearance at Walmart, made by black and decker but it was huge. 10" wide was too much for the spot i would like to put it. Canadian tire has one my by Yardworks for $99 which is the same look as the gardena above. Think i'll need to get this one out of the box to measure it as they don't give that info on their website.
Yes, $200 for a hose is a bit steep. I like everything about it, except the diameter of the hose. It is 1/2" whereas I'd like a 3/4" to make best use of my pressure washer. I've been trying to find one of those really heavy, industrial black hoses with the "ribs" but I just can't seem to find any online. I'm sick of using cheesey brown or green lawn hoses in my garage.
I love that little fridge you found. I've been searching for something that size. I can't seem to find any retailers that carry that particular model. You are giving me too many money-spending ideas lately. Cool it!
