Very nicely done for a first try. Are you adding dust extraction for the routers ?
Thank you! I'm loosely following the cabinet construction style from this book:
The carcass is really strong. The drawers are **** joints with the bottom glued and stapled to the bottom. This approach is from the same book. The drawer action is nice and smooth.
The large opening above the drawers will have a separate module that will slide in. It will include a dust enclosure for the router with a port exiting the rear of the cabinet to a header. I think small drawers will flank the router enclosure.
There will be a gutter over the dust ductwork that offcuts and dust can be pushed into and cleaned out later.
The top is 1" Baltic birch 30" deep and 15' wide overall.
Still in the process of assembling my Clearvue cyclone on the other side of the wall to the woodshop.
