Hope you are feeling better.
Thanks for the well wishes Duke. I was feeling quite well until 2 days ago when it became obvious that I had some sort of infection in my incision going on.
Went to the doc yesterday and they did a flush job on me and put me on antibiotics.
I'm taking a vacation from the day job again.
. I even trenched 4" corrugated from the downspouts to the road.
Jim, I'm working on a drainage plan now and will have to rent the trenching attachment one more time. I'll be putting in some more pipe for a future RV pad while I have the trencher here.
Speaking of trenching, last week I added an irrigation line out to the bamboo that will block the shop view from the house. Laura had been hand watering it and the got old so we put in a new line and tied it into our existing irrigation system. It was a relatively short (80') and shallow run so I just put the 2 forks together on the bobcat and stuck the forks in the ground to dig the trench.
I'm driving up to Georgia next Monday to pick up the metal liner panels for the shop interior.
A few years ago, back on post #51 of this thread, I built a pair of steel tables. I never got to use these tables for anything and they just collected stuff as bare horizontal surfaces tend to do. No that I have them here at the Grove, I am going to put them to use as I had intended when I built them.
I have always wanted an Acorn fab table but I never found one at a price I could afford, so these tables will fill that need. The top is 30"X72"X3/4" thick. I bought a bunch of strong hand clamps from Fireball tool, Jason has the best price.
I'm drilling the table top in a 2 x 2 pattern of 5/8" holes. It's a long term project drilling the holes. I have 26 of about 200 or so holes drilled already. I'll just leave everything set up and drill a few holes here and there and eventually I'll have it all done. I think the it comes time to drill the second table top, I'll do a 4 x 4 pattern.
