OP
Thanks Kev! I hadn’t thought about pictures upstairs. Not much to see now that it’s almost full. I will try to remember to get some pictures this weekend.Looks good Michael B. , Looking forward to seeing pics of the loft.
Thanks Scott!That looks great!

Thank you Brent! The layout is workable for now. If it doesn’t work, everything in the shop is mobile.Nice job! Lots of light and laid out well.
John that’s what the rest of the 40’x40’ shop area is for my friend.I bet it works great for car/truck parts, but I need space I can swing 10'-12' boards around in.![]()
You are correct Chris, lots of room left. But I still have more stuff to move into that space. What’s up there now is just what I had sitting on pallets already inside the building.Tons of room left in there.......and it’s things that would other wise eaten up room on the “working floor”. Looking great all around ..
You’re welcome Kev. Plenty of room for now ;-)Thanks for the reply, so its just storage !, nice looks like you have lots of room for organized storage.
You are exactly right Cap! It will be completely full soon enough. How soon it will fill up when you combine all the parts storage into one location.
Time to quit that job.Well that took longer than expected. My new job is interfering with my progress on the shop. But the ceiling is done and now I can start the walls. Some of the touch up spots are still drying in this picture.

You’ve got that right!Time to quit that job.![]()
Thanks Slick! The hard work is paying off.Great shop, full of character already! You are a hard worker.
Thanks! If you’re referring to the rusty hulk sitting in the shop, it’s actually a GMC (check out the hood opening). But if you’re referring to the 68’, thanks.Making good progress! I like that Chev.
I stand corrected. I ALMOST had a 55 Chev big back window truck as my first truck, but we couldn't get the guy to sell it. I don't remember all the details on those as i ended up in a Ford Fairlane and went down that road instead. I still have a very soft spot for the 55-57 Trucks and 66-67 Chevy 2 hardtops. Thanks! If you’re referring to the rusty hulk sitting in the shop, it’s actually a GMC (check out the hood opening). But if you’re referring to the 68’, thanks.
