Today I insulated behind all of the plumbing (nothing picture worthy). Then I used some scrap materials to hide the plumbing and the sink stand.

@racer-john I live 10 mins from New Market Al and our parent company at work is in On Canada.

Yesterday I sanded the slat walls. Honestly it was a task I was not looking forward to, so I was procrastinating But it wasn’t as bad as I had contemplated and it went very quickly. Now it’s time for another coat of clear. I need to do something about my color choices on the other two walls, but I’m stymied as to what direction I should go.

I added a little LC swag to the shop this afternoon. Then I got busy with the second coat of clear. I actually finished both walls.

I also found a new “wing nut” for the air breather on the 56’ today.

Earlier this week I purchased a ceiling fan and today I installed it. Then after touching up the ceiling, I started installing the flooring. The flooring is about 75% finished. I hope to complete the install tomorrow.

Mind if I asked who you had build your building? I'd eventually like to build another larger shop than my current but finding anyone local who will even show up is like finding a needle in a haystack

I made some progress this weekend. I ripped a piece of cedar down to 3/8”x1” and 1/4”x1”. I used it to box the openings in the slat wall. Then I applied a coat of clear polyurethane. There are no fasteners holding the strips in place.

Today I finished staining and painting the trim work. Then I connected the hot water heater. With that said, please give heed to the following announcement.

Hear ye, hear ye. Let it be known, far and wide, to all who may give a care, my shop project is officially complete. Let the villagers rejoice, the maidens swoon and the projects begin!

Careful when you say the shop is completed. There’s always an upgrade or someone that lives in your house will say since the shop is done, “we” can do this to the house now.
