having a moisture issue in my air compressor. I have a filter on the outlet, but im still getting steady water at my tools. I drain the compressor also...
Im thinking about taking my air line and running it up about 10 feet then back down to work as sort of a trap and send moisture back to the AC.
Any idea if this would work?
not likely water buildup is generally in the tank and at the ends of runs, I typically use a tee at the end of a run and put a quick connect on one side and a drip leg with a valve on the bottom to drain water. Also use valves on the ends of headers to drain water. If you still can't get rid of the water a full system dryer or point of use dryers are your best bet....Auto drains could make the process less tedious.

Just went through the thread and the place looks good. What brand/type cabinet is that gray piece you posted (post 51) in July? Looks solid.
That true is super sweet ---- though I luv the Monte Carlo as well. I'm back in the 80s. Nice garage!!!

It looks like you tried the same manual tire changer as I did!
I'll bet you're happier with the Coats!
Also, you don't shy away from difficult projects. Kudos!
A real garage has to work!

This is how i feel with some vehicles.Looks good. I have one the same size going up in the near future. I'm not too far away from you either.
I already know its not enough but to jump to 30x50 or 40x40 isn't going to be in the budget for a while. I might need to take you up on that some day. I tend to spend a bunch of time doing fab work on offroad trucks too.Luke if you want to come check it out to make sure 40x30 is enough let me know.
