The price on this is down to $80... if he comes down any more I'm gonna have to take it...

If you wait, it will be gone. It's already priced well for a 3/4 hp, 8" wheels.

The tool rest's are missing. Give him a call and ask if he'll take a little less.

It would make a good polisher

Wow, I'd love to have that pristine crowntop Craftsman cantilever toolbox as it matches larger one I got for son with 2 latches and lock latch in middle.

Any one is Rochester (Webster, NY) going to snag that one for GJer ?? Wouldn't bother me a bit for "GJ Train" taking a year to transport my way !! ;)

No, that KRA58 is WAY over priced. "in fairly good shape besides some rust" :spit:

I just offered the guy 90$ since it's still available. I thought it might be a fun project to sand down and try to repaint and see what I could do with it.

Still has the auction tag on it.

Still too much for the condition. That thing is ROUGH. Go see if the guy in Chilli will come down some, that looks pretty nice, but the large gap on the right hand side makes me wonder if it is tweaked. I've come to realize, drop front boxes are actually pretty fragile. And once they get out of square it is a royal pain to get them back. The first one you posted is pretty much done. I can all but guarantee the rust has penetrated the seams.

Dang... that's troubling. I was hoping to nab it as a fun rehab project. I really don't need another top box since I just got that SK. Maybe he'll get real offended by my low offer and he'll relist it at like 500$ and I won't have to worry about going back on my offer. People down here get offended if you try to deal at all.

I might still nab it if I get there and it doesn't look TOO bad. I could probably flip it at a tool auction worst case as it is Snap-On and Snap-On stuff sells for over retail insanely here. About a month ago at Schmidgall I watched this Snap-On set:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/SNAP-ON-11-PIECE-PUNCH-AND-CHISEL-SET-/252018131167

get split up, so they auctioned the punches and chisels separately. The punches went for 130$ and the chisels went for 90$. These were very used, with no sleeve. Nice thing is though none of the locals here know Wright, Armstrong, SK, or any of the other industrial brands. I snatched like 12 high quality ratchets for 30$ total after the single 3/8" Snap-On in the lot went for 60$.

2-Nu-Era Tool Box / Storage Cabinets by Rack Engineering - $165 (Lakewood CA)

I'm going to regret this but I just bought one and too lazy to make the drive:

These are similar to Lyon, Lista and Vidmars. I would much prefer these to the Snap-On boxes above.

7 Drawers with ball bearing gliders. Comes with adjustable drawer dividers for parts. Heavy
Duty casters. 165.00 each or both for $300.00. Priced to sell.

Those casters look small for what (I think) I would put in it. That's a pretty easy fix though.
