Maybe if you have served or do serve, you will be familiar with this kit.
It is a mil spec mechanic's kit, built for ground troops in our military.
I believe Craftsman and Armstrong both have contracts out for these. This one is however primarily SK tools and Crescent, all USA mind you.
The wrenches and sockets and ratchets are SK
and the screwdrivers and adj wrenches are Crescent
They come in a crushproof, pressure proof, waterproof case, that is kinda like a pelican case, it has got wheels and a handle like a suitcase almost.
Every tool has a cut out in the foam for it, to ease FOD and so the tools dont shift.
I picked up a couple of them from a soldier who was transfering and thought that I would share some pictures.
Here is the link to the Armstrong contract.

They are the ultimate truck tool kits, alittle bulky but I found it to be great for Pik n pull junk yards, all you need in one kit.
They also are prefect for trail kits, if any one else has a sidexside or ATV
Enjoy.....

He may have bought them with a Government credit card but, I'm not sure about his own dime unless he was talking about the taxes he pays...
