I just killed one of my offroad LED lights. If anyone has a 20% off coupon they aren't planning to use, and are willing to donate to the cause, please let me know.

I anticipate Memorial Day coupons, but we'll see how much the discounts are and what restrictions there will be.

Hopefully at least a general purpose 20%-25% off w/ non-restrictions sounds reasonable, given past coupons.

Snagged this at HF yesterday. Online says its $59.99 but in store it was $49.99. Its not available online so the price may have been lowered but not updated on their site.

How often do they run the no-exclusions 20% coupons? And, are they predictable (like, typically run on specific holidays)?

I think I have seen these 20% coupons run every two months roughly for ITC members only.…….. "IF" you are considering buying a big dollar item it may be worth joining the ITC this weekend to get the discount.
This 20% deal is Horror Freights way to sell a ITC membership……… Marketing that works!

I picked up the USA Icon punch and chisel set with the coupon. Almost everything I buy at HF is on sale or I use a coupon.

I was able to save $100 on my box back in March. The ITC has paid for itself with everything I've picked up since joining.

There is a "parking lot sale" coming up, but I didn't grab the flyer when I was at the store yesterday.

I got the 2 year ITC deal when the Icon boxes were 25% off back in Feb. iirc...Also got the credit card for an additional 10% off. I got the Condor clone motorbike wheel chock today and the nicer brake flush unit yesterday. I've picked up a bunch of other stuff as well.

Totally worth the membership and the CC and I'm not a CC user.

40% off Icon wrenches at the parking lot sale.

Harbor Freight opened a store a few miles away so there's that :ROFLMAO:

I got the CC too. I've got over $100 back in rewards.

Looking to pick up the larger sized Icon SAE wrench set with the parking lot sale. Might grab the metric set too.

I wish HF would open a store closer. There used to be a new store near my apartment. But the closest store since I moved is about 25 minutes away.

honestly you should compare the coupons available to non ITC peeps.

I never pulled trigger on ITC because idk if it would save me money.

its 30 bucks but suppose without ITC the regular normie coupons saved you $50 that year and the ITC coupons would have saved you $70 if you had it, then ITC was only worth 20 bucks since without it you still get coupons just not as good

Alot of the coupons for ITC are kind of junk though. It’s like ITC gets 20% off icon pliers Monday through Thursday and everyone gets it Friday through Sunday. So maybe if the pliers were going to sell out and you couldn’t get them in Friday then thats a benefit.

but maybe the pliers weren’t gonna sell out.

and then I see take 30% off any item, ITC members is any $20 or less item and normies is $10 or less item. but now we’re talking about a few dollars only difference.

honestly it’s too hard to tell going forward since you don’t know the deals and last year I spent the most I ever did at HF maybe like $600 total all year and if I had joined ITC I’d have saved an extra 40 or 50 bucks but I couldn’t have known that in advance and I’m not going to spend anywhere near as much going forward personally for myself

Dude, it's $30. I'm not going to waste my time and mental enegry overthinking it.
It's not going to send me into bankruptcy.

I don't care enough to keep track of every single purchase, what the discount was and when or if the same discount was available to non-ITC nor what the difference would of been.

At worst I've broken even, or simply had access to discounts a few days before the "general public" did. Good enough for me.

Thank you. Yes, I'm an ITC member. I don't think I use it enough, but I'm OK with that.

I was there today to pick up a spanner wrench for my hand grinder and use a friend's account by giving them his telephone number. I got 20% off of $6.99. It's no big deal, and I don't usually buy much at HF. They had so many empty hooks that it looked like they were having a going-out-of-business sale. I guess the tariffs are going to take a bite out of their sales, and people are buying today at the lower prices.

Maybe. But honestly those 20% off coupons generally help clear inventory. Especially when they are on a specific product or product type, especially the Icon stuff.

Looks like late Spring / start of Summer 2025 "Parking Lot Sale":

Stand out for me is the 40% off Icon wrench sets (click on the tile within the link to see what sets are 40% off):

I'll be picking up a second set of the ICON XL pattern DBE's (Mountain clones) for the house. $92 bucks off makes them about $140+ tax. With a lifetime warranty and three HFT's near my area, that's a easy choice to make.

Picked up a few cheap items, got my free Icon adapters wandered down the pliers isle. Online said it was out of stock but there it was, only 1 available, so I grabbed it. Love it when I score some unobtainium :ROFLMAO:

Now I just need a good coupon deal so I can get the price reduced.

Is one of the 15" end cabinet toolboxes considered "large storage"? I'd like to add one to my US General cabinet, but really don't want to wait until I'm at the register to find out it isn't included.

I can confirm the 20% off (member) worked on the 15" side cabinet.

- Thing is well made, but doesn't compliment my other US General box, looks different.
- It's a little taller than the big box, so there's nothing to bolt them together, just hanging on the flange.
- I didn't like the drawer latches- stiff plastic that takes so much left-side-force to release it jams the drawer to the left and makes it hard to open. Easy to slide them out and toss into the recycle though.
- Came with FOUR keys, which match the keys on the big box.
- Came with drawer liners

That looks like a Series 2 42" box. The boxes and cabinets are all Series 3 now. That's why it doesn't match up. I also took out the drawer slides on my Series 3 box.

Nice Montezuma box. What brand are those magnetic panels on the top lid? Is that the 26" or 30" version?

It's the 26", ran me $700 in 2011 for the top and roller cabinet, and I sold off the roller cabinet to get the US General when I ran out of room. I really like the Montezuma top box though, everything is easy to see and get to.

The panels are Torin, not sure where I got them - maybe Lowes?

Ez to drill two small holes in the bottom to mate the different gen HF boxes
I removed the bottom drawers in both and the flanges don't align - that place where the sheet metal is double thick. So the only thing to drill through are the single-thick side panels. Even that was sketch, because the open space on one box is where the slides are on the other.
