Thanks,

and good luck with the 20% they don't have those for boxes anymore. your best bet is to hold out for a cheap coupon for them. or find a scratched one in the store.

okay. so if I brought a 20% off coupon there and brought a tool box up to the counter they would say I can't use it? I've never been to HF so I don't know this stuff. what is the cheapest I could possibly get one of those $800 56" boxes? and do the ad ons for the 42" for on the 56"?

never really see coupons for the 56" the 42" goes on sale from $329-$369 with a coupon. and the add ons should work but im not 100% on that.

and yes they will tell you no 90% of the time. the coupon says right on it that tool boxes are not included.

If it was me id buy the 42" and the side box with the 7 drawers and be $200 or so ahead of the game.

Quick question. I know we've been having the jack coupons posted and that got me thinking, has anyone ever seen a coupon for the 2 Ton Low Profile Heavy Duty (here item: 68050.) Looks like it's regularly $130, but would be a much better deal around $100.

Anyone seen a coupon on that?

By chance anyone know of have a coupon for the Predator 4000w generator? item#68527
Looking to possibly replace my noisy Champion with an OHV unit. I know there is a $279 coupon available.

Thanks,
http://www.harborfreight.com/engine...generator-certified-for-california-68527.html

EDIT: Nevermind, youtube videos have the Predator as being as loud as my current Champion.

this is in the latest coupon flyer for $289.

Please post back with a review of this product if you buy it. (or a link to the review thread if you start a new thread on it. ) I'm interested to see how decent this is.

heh... let me send you my paypal address.

no I bought one a few years ago for my 5x8 utility trailer. The tounge doesn't have enough room on it to 'swing it up" and use it. So I took it off the same day I put it on, intending on returning it.

I went past their return policy and it's just sitting in the garage.

Has anyone investigated the "Inside Track Club?" They always push it but I'm curious if it's worth joining.

I won't be renewing, if that tells you anything.

Yeah there's some good deals, but the best deals are still in the magazines.

What usually happens is that the ITC is full of **** you have no interest in for about... 2 months. Then has one week of nothing but stuff you want/need. Then you go for 2 months again.

Probably the best part about it is that if you buy something and then find a coupon or better sale on it in the next 30 days, you just bring in the flyer or coupon and they give you credit.

I bet you save your $30 in that one week though.

I'm not real sure... i've seen a lot of the ITC stuff go on normal sale to the public usually about a week or two later, and the prices aren't much different.

I'm sure the membership pays for itself, but i don't really see the point of keeping it for more than a year, since after a year, you'll have everything you'll ever want from HF anyways, save for the things you never get coupons for through the ITC anyways. (Boxes, presses, hoists.)

At my local HF they always use the $10 gift card against the membership. That makes it $20 a year.

Can you use the 20% off coupon with another item?

say I'm getting the 6 ton jack stands with a coupon for $29.99 but I also want to get a 11 gal air tank which is like $39 can I use my 20% off or no?

because I see the jack stands say can't be used with any other coupon so that means the 20% right?

can you put that end cabinet on the 5 drawer tool cart?

I'm wondering the exact same thing....... anyone?

Dimensions listed as "Overall dimensions: 16-3/4" L x 18" W x 33-1/4" H" "Attaches to 42" Roller Cabinet (sold separately) 44-3/4" L x 18-1/2" W x 40" H"

The 5 Drawer Cart is "Overall dimensions: 20.7" L x 37.7" W x 41.4" H"

The lip the end cabinet "grips" onto is very stiff on the cabinet, because its short.
If you try to put that on the roll cart, I dont think it would be as sturdy since the sidewall of the roller cart is so much deeper.

it works seen pics of it in the show us your tool cart thread. If it was me though id be putting 2 casters on the bottom of the drawer section to help support it. I put that little craftsman tool 6 drawer caddy on my bluepoint cart and that even flexed the sidewall of the cart and it weighs prolly half as much'

With 20% coupons you can print I don't know if anyone wants actual 20% coupons from magazines? I have two if anyone's interested. PM me. I'll cover postage, not worried about the cost of a stamp.
