So now I know that it works I started cutting.

Got the notepad and made some sketches and got some baseline info.

I made about four cuts and had two pieces.

It was about six inches too narrow.

Started with the front axle. I had an axle from a hoveround and it was two inches lower than the titan so I used it, it only raised the chair 1.75".

I cut the cart wheels and brackets off and cleaned the frame tubes.

I did install a bushing in the frame to keep wear down.

I cut a couple of 24" square tubes and widened the chair frame.

Squared the chassis and welded it completely.
