I stopped in 5+ years ago and had a quick visit with the guys. Bought a few items and was on my way, after an extensive perusal of their offerings. Hope to see them both again on our next trip.
With his positive attitude and work ethic I‘m sure I will see them again.
Harry would be proud of the boys and his legacy.
My best wishes for a speedy recovery.

For those who bought the Ike jacket, how does it fit? I'm a fairly skinny guy with longish arms. A lot of jackets fit me like a tent, with my wrists hanging out of the cuffs and a cold breeze whipping up my back.

Western medical science has made great achievements since my oncologist told me "Kid, go home and get your affairs in order," just over 27 years ago. If they're throwing out numbers like 97%, I'd say they're fairly confident you're going to be okay.
Don't worry about the garden. The garden will do fine.
Hope everything works out well.

So sorry to hear this. It's certainly scary having them work on your brain.

I had a neighbor who had this however many years ago. He recovered just fine...

My dad is out of surgery, recovering and doing good. Everything went as well as can be expected.

Always good to see the Epstein's Day orders posted!

I showed him all the comments before he went in and he was very touched by all the support.

PS. We still have those cow saws up in our warehouse.

I received my shipment today. Three pretty heavy boxes all arrived intact, so great job on the packing.

Several Malco Eagle Grip pliers, Wright 3/4” drive ratchet and breaker bar, a hoist trolley (much bigger than I was expecting, but that’s cool), two chain hoists (one purchased, one won), three hammers, and an assortment of other items. And a trophy.

Thanks to HJE for the great communication and for another great Epstein’s Day.

I'm unskinny with short everything (just like Fry at the movie theater!) and the XL fits me fine. I would describe it as broad and short.

That's fantastic news. I was thinking about him on and off today and hoping you'd have an opportunity to bring us some good news. Thanks for taking the time to check in.

We can't help but be concerned, but 97% is pretty strong odds!

I ordered a little past 10:00 PM local time, or after midnight in KC, Monday evening, 8 July, so I knew I would be last on the list, but came in yesterday! And it was the third order of the holiday weekend for me, and the BofA Visa cc bill also just arrived....

First time I've remembered to ask for box art after several other orders. I'll be hanging this one in the desert garage, soon to be joined by others, with any luck.

My son and I had the pleasure of meeting and visiting with Steve in February. He told us he had just lost his Mother. Had a really great attitude! What a pleasant Gentleman, and it was an enjoyable visit. I will continue to ask for special help for him and his recovery.

I have met both Steve and Jori and interacted with them both many times during my visits to the store over the past 10 years. They are both genuine, nice and awesome people! Best wishes for a full and speedy recovery Steve!

Cheers,

Brad

So happy to see your dad back! I can picture the scene.

Doctor: You're looking great! Let's have the nurse get you a fresh bandage and grab a wheelchair and we'll send you home.

Steve: That's a good thought. Actually, I think we still have a couple pallets of Honduran first aid kits we picked up back around '97 or '98 from a seller who - and it's the funniest thing, the seller, I never figured out how he actually got in touch with us, but it turns out the guy was from Ghana, of all places. Anyway, somehow he had all these IFAKs...

Doctor: Right. Well, in time, your cognitive abilities...

Steve: ...and I thought, well, maybe someday we'll, I don't know, maybe a cub scout den mother will buy them or something. Because you never know. And we were already buying a bunch of this really nice rope from the guy, and so we ended up with about four hundred of these first aid kits, and now here it is 2024 and about half of them, I think, are still in the warehouse. They're all sealed up, hermetically sealed in plastic, and they've been stored carefully. So I think we probably have enough bandages there to last about a hundred and fifty years. Maybe two hundred if we're careful.

Doctor: ...will begin to return.
