Haven't posted in this thread in a long time, so here are a couple pics to let my Hazet brothers know I'm still alive.

That's great to know. Thanks Monte! I have a vintage bench vise screaming for Hazet teal blue. ;)

Part bumping this thread back up, part showing off the final results—not Hazet, but a 60-year old Wilton Shop King art deco bench vise restored to a Hazet blue/green. Turned out nice...

thanks

Another kit. The kit has all it original hazet tools. Added a picture of the wrenchs. I know they are correct for the kit and have check with other owners of these kit. Can anyone tell me why the 10 x 12 wrench and 13 x 15 wrenchs are different to the others. Sorry about the standard of the photos

The smaller ones on the bottom are newer than the other two.

Bart, I remember seeing your 2170 strap wrench photo awhile back when in search...ordered one from Jens right after that. Now if I can make up my mind on what Hazet screwdrivers I want, then to order from Jens!

Would you mind if I asked how much it cost? :D

Yep, made of leather. Had a Blue Point for less than a year and the plastic handle broke. Spin-on filters, but mainly for me it's drive pulleys for when belt tension doesn't hold and an impact won't fit.

At the BMW headquarters and training center, every tool is Hazet. At first they felt chincy, but they wore on me really solid stuff

I have the cheapy rubber strap ones. This one looks far less bulky to use.

I also use them to hold drive pulleys when breaking them loose or bolting them back on.

It's off the market
Thank you I guess. I wouldn't have found this deal if it wasn't for this thread.

I bought mine directly in Germany on ebay, the assistent was 100 $ and another 100$ for shipping, took about two weeks to get here.

(pictures of my assistent are around here on GJ somewhere...)

Well, it helped of course that i am from germany and talked to the seller before the auction ended.

The problem is, most of the german sellers don't accept Paypal, just wire transfer, so my Buddy in Germany wire transferred the money and the guy sent it off immediately, he was a great guy to deal with.

Have a look if you have a chance. Quite a few members have bought from me with some of the tools showing up in the tools from the old world post. I try to ship fast and pack carefully. I also have a lot of ratchet rebuild kits for hazet if you need them. Thank you, Jason

I couldn't resist and took it out of the car to clean in up during my break. The ignorants I work with are saying I'm going to sell Chicharrones, (Mexican fried goodies) and oranges out of my new cart.

I need this... :rocker:

Neuer 2000 Nm Drehmoment-Schlüssel von HAZET

Wer an richtig großen Schrauben drehen will, braucht entsprechendes Werkzeug für höchste Drehmoment-Werte.

Only 1783,81 Euro. I'll take two. Would be mighty cool to have on the wall though.
