You can now buy more tools duty free im you live in the USA.
The threshold for duty free imports to the United States of America was raised from 200 US$ to 800 US$. If the invoice value of your order (tools plus shipping) is below 800 US$ you will not pay any import duties. This is valid for one order per person per day.
President Obama signed the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015 on February 24th, 2016.

I would be very happy if you spent your money with me ;-)

There's a video shot at a trade show where the salesman clamps 2 760-2 pliers to a pipe then stands on them. They are about 3' off the ground. Then he jumps off them onto the floor. It's pretty impressive looking but I've never tried either of them.

I have both, a new Hazet and a used Knipex. Both are very good tools but the Hazet is best  (sorry I'm a bit prejudiced).

Anybody still have a proper link? I tried the one Monte put up to no avail.
I emailed Hazet twice these past couple weeks with no answer.
Trying to find the colors that Hazet uses (blue/ teal/ turquoise).
Any help would be much appreciated.

I went to a paintfactory with a sample and they made me 5l blue paint. Think that's the easiest way cause the 'hazet-blue' is patented.
I've read somewhere that rustoleum has (had) a blue that matches rather well.

Good luck!

hmmm... I was thinking about bringing a pair of Hazet pliers to a powder coating shop and having them try and match the "blue" from the handles?
Can't shops match item colors from items brought in?

Just found this info and links from another forum.
which led me to this:
<a href="http://photobucket.com/" target="_blank"><img src="http://i705.photobucket.com/albums/ww55/KB44/Paint_zps4dsgpcfi.jpg" border="0" alt=" photo Paint_zps4dsgpcfi.jpg"/></a>

Finally, my quest to find the color has come to a near end.
Now, i just need to find the different types of "Blues" used over the years :)

Not sure how accurate these colors really are, but close. This information I also found on another forum.

"H48 = Tamiya x14 = Revell 51 = RAL 5002 "
and
Rustoleum Maui Gloss Blue

Maybe they can scan the colour for an as close as possible result.

Blue changed a bit over the years.

That's what I figured.
If it's close enough that'll be sufficient.

Maybe get your paint mixed in the U.K. You can't patent a colour here!

I can take a sample to my body shop and they can analyse it and reproduce it straight away! Their paint is designed for gun spraying, but there are places that will prepare you an aerosol!

Today's small catch at a local flee market.
Really happy with the 6" wrench, was looking for one for a long time to fit my 110 cabinet. Needed some attention but came out nice imo.

Bought this few days ago together with some other tools and a Stahlwille Rollmaster. Rollmaster is nice but doesn't fit my other tool carts  so if someone's interested :D?

I would be interested in the Rollmaster but I suspect it would be to difficult and expensive to ship it.
Nice Hazet haul though, alot of that stuff I would buy if I saw it.

Found this at a fleemarket nearby last Sunday. Really happy with the punching rod, was looking for one for ages.
Also bought the locks because I liked them and one looks very similar to the original Hazet-lock.

Hmm, I didn't realize this thread existed...
Some really cool toolboxes in here.
I found this pair of Hazet pump pliers sometime earlier this year.
Marked Mercedes Benz. Chrom Hazet Vanadium. Any idea on their age or which Mercedes toolkit they belong in? :dunno:
Really well made pair of pliers.

I am in need of an 17x19mm offset double box-end wrench. This would be a great time to pick up a German wrench. Any major preference between the Hazet 630 and the Stahwille STABIL 20 series? I know this is a Hazet thread so the results may be skewed.
