Hey Neal,
I'm not sure if you saw the pics I posted in the other threads, but here they are again for your reference (At the bottom of the post).
$35k for a 75x50?!?!? OMG I should have talked to your guy.

My concrete slab alone cost $30k. Here are the specs:
-80ftx60ft steel construction
-6inch concrete slab with a 4x12 8inch depth under lift.
-12 insulated sky lights
-2 20x12 doors (front left and right - the right one is electric operated)
-1 16x16 door (front middle)
-1 12x12 door (rear right for tractor access)
-All doors are of this variety:

-3 access doors
-8 windows (4 on each side)
-16 ft eave
-4/12 pitch roof (peak of roof hits at 29ft -- I had to buy a scissor lift to install the electric).
-Special ordered overhangs on the sides - those were important to me because I didn't want the building to look too "commercial".
-Gutter package.
-Fully insulated all the way around.
-Installed vent fan
-400 amp isolated power meter
All of this cost me just over 100k, not including the grading. The steel alone was 50+k not including labor, concrete etc.
I've stocked it with equipment and stuff after these pics were taken, so I plan to take more updated pics this weekend. Will post them then!
