Maybe a rookie question, but how come when searching "rigid" in the app, no tools ever show up?

Also, when you go to "refine results" and the page doesn't load enough to scroll all the way down, what do you do? Have tried reloading numerous times but nothing seems to work. Seems to only do it when trying to sort penny deals. Screen stops scrolling about halfway through the A's in all the brands.

Thanks guys.

Any insight on the scrolling issue?

I have the same issue. I just try to be a tad more precise on my search key words. Can't be too generic as too many results prohibits you from being able to refine search.

That's what I figured. I don't always know what I am looking for though haha.

Still very very new at this, but my current search terms are:

Brands:
Dewalt
Husky
Milwaukee
Makita
RIDGID
HDX
Ryobi

Then sometimes I use keywords like vacuum, drill, grinder, saw etc.

If you click the cursor somewhere in between all of the radio buttons, you can use the arrow keys on the keyboard to scroll down to where you can click "clearance". Then scroll back up with the keyboard so you can click "refine results"

You may have to try a few different locations before it will let you scroll down with the arrow keys.

Hmmm will have to try that. It's obvious that there is more down there, as it like cuts off half a line in the brands but it's like it can't load it. Will the arrows allow you to scroll despite the scroll bar being bottomed out?

you can also click on a brand like "Ames" that has several hundred items, then (assuming there is some ames item on clearance) select "clearance", and then clear the brand selection. hope that makes sense.

Anyone have any experience with collated screw guns? I've been eyeing the Ridgid, but don't know if it's actually worth the money to me. I have a few boxes of collated screws.

I don't exactly find using a conventional drill and screws to be difficult, so trying to find some kind of justification for buying this thing.

When I did my kitchen remodel I bought a Senco to use for putting down the concrete board. It was amazing and worth every penny. I got the idea from watching a youtube video of a tile install. I was very impressed with the tool.

Some of the PC monitors are older and/or their resolution settings are set wrong. There are a couple stores I visit that have newer monitors and all the info shows on the screen when scrolling.

What's up neighbor. I was at home depot off Lee's Summit this morning looking and didn't see anything to jump up and down about. I did however pick me up this foam sheet so I can cool my garage and work on my mower and toolboxes today....lol. I've got two of them I need to get it in the windows but got a bunch of stuff in the way.

What does the orange icon next to clerance items mean on the computer? Based on my limited research it means "0" on hand, but just wanted to confirm.

The blades that come with this Craftsman ZTL7000 ****. In fact this zero turn kinda ***** but it was practically new and given to me from the family after my father-n-law passed last July. I almost sold it but I'm glad I didn't since we bought a new house with this yard.

Found the floor model. Asked if I could purchased the floor model. Sales person said yes and I asked how much could he knock off. Tells me 150.00 final sale. Lol. I tell the sales person they are going for a lot less. He replies these guns can't go under 100.00. I tell him they are selling for 48.00. Tells me that it is not possible to get it at that price. Once I showed him a photo, he looks up the price and sure enough 48.00 is the sale price. Found the roofing nail gun as well, but in the process someone else beats me to it.

He didn't give you the song & dance about the displays being drilled?

I guess not all stores do this, but even if they did I always wondered if you could just tap the hole and thread in a set screw. I've never looked closely.

Noticed display welders as penny items the other day in the computer. Did anyone get any of these or are the all inoperable units?

Yeah, it's been that way for awhile, thing is I don't know how you'd ever ring up a display welder at SCO w no SKU, and odds are very low an employee will help you w this.

There's a lot of "display model" penny items in the computer. Especially stuff like ceiling fans and lights.

Do a blank search, you'll see hundreds of penny display model stuff, as well as stuff like Christmas decorations.

Speaking of penny items, I spotted a couple wood stoves and pellet stoves up high in the rafters in Rochester. I thought, these things have to be penny items leftover from last year. Nope.. full price. :(

I did see that in a blank search. Does the seasonal stuff not go penny. I noticed there is a tab to sort for out of season stuff.

Haven't really played with the "out of season" filter.. but for the Christmas decorations, they must just leave them in the system because they plan on ordering the same items again this year

I would say that within a month or 2, all of the outdoor patio furniture stuff should hit penny status. Most of it is on pretty good clearance already.

Maybe. Is the system manually dealt with or do all updates adds deletes etc happen automatically?

I would think it would be updated automatically as stuff gets scanned in from receiving and as stuff is sold. It can be manually adjusted though.

It was drilled. Went over to tools, picked up a screw driver and removed the screws. He didn't look too happy.
