Where I'm at there are a lot of "garage sale" groups in facebook. If you're around a large city you may have a few around you. It's slower than eBay and Craigslist but no fees and the people are generally better to deal with.

I didn't know they had one down there wow. No penny deals there?

I would have thought that it might be a gold mine. The store is smaller with WAY less inventory then others in Miami. I also want to say it had double the employees then a normal store also. I swear every aisle I went in had somebody on the floor and somebody on a orange ladder. I am not sure about the store in Key West as I have never been. Add it to the list!

Got one of the Dewalt pancakes for $45. Left 5 there. They were on a pallet overhead in lumber on the very last aisle. Buckhead store for anyone in the Atlanta area. They also have two of the spade bit sets. Someone stuck them on an end cap next to the air compressor aisle.

Stopped by this morning, gone. Kinda glad as I didn't "need" one but at that price.

Yeti's are great don't get me wrong. But when I can score a BIGGER, CHEAPER Pelican I will do it every single time!

I will be on the lookout for more of the coolers because at half price it's a great deal! I am also on the hunt for the Toro Electric Blowers I posted I sold all mine the same day I purchased them.

Get an ORCA. Made in the USA and prices have been slightly lower than the yeti. I have a 26 quart one and it lives in my back seat. Ice usually lasts 6 days in the summer which is impressive for being in a locked vehicle most of the day.

I don't but have gone shopping at some local flea markets.. And judging by customers idea of a deal is to offer $10 for a $100 marked item.. It's almost as bad as garage sale. Atleast Craigslist is weeding out the flakers.. Ebay is ever increasing fees.. And too many scams. With PayPal being the biggest crook.

Yeah, that kinda sums it up..I guess each one has it's advantages and minuses. Best thing to do is look at item being sold and figure which one it will work best on.

Yeah, I need the SKU for that compressor, I just might have to pick one up, heading to Home Depot in a bit anyways. I've got the HF compressor right now, but that thing is so freaking loud I never want to turn it on as I feel like it bugs the neighbors.

I have the Ryobi vertical pancake along with the Husky silent next to each other in my garage and the difference is night and day. After hearing the deafening ryobi air up for 2 min, I can barely hear anything coming from the Husky at all. You can talk to someone standing right over the compressor without straining. I'm trying to sell the Ryobi (that I got on clearance with the 3 nailers) so I can pair them up with the Husky instead. No brainer if you're a DIY or a pro.

Yeah Ill have to see about selling my Ridgid. Really dont need 2 portables so I dont want to buy the Husky just yet (because I know Ill like it and want it even if I DONT sell the Ridgid)

I don't have an issue with how quite/silent these small compressor's are. It takes 2-3 mins to fill up completely, I just don't see the big deal. I canhave mine MAC700 filling in my garage and I can go outside my garage and can barely hear it. I'm sure the neighbors won't be bothered by one of these mini compressors.

Went to my local HD yesterday. Thought I hit the jackpot. 2 Ryobi 18V cultivators up in the overhead on clearance w/ August 2015 dates. Found a very nice employee to pull them down. Went to sco to scan. Still the August price!:headscrat 7 months old and no price reduction??? HD is changing their tune.

I have a cultivator at about the same deal. Six months old and has not dropped.

I only use my portable inside so quiet might be an advantage, but I also dont see how many times it would really need to refill for just firing some brads. 6 gallon tank, I let it fill before bringing to where the trim needs to be installed.

If it kicks one once or twice I just tell my wife and kids I couldnt hear them yelling at me.

It's official, I hate you guys that are getting penny deals.

Just picked up two extension cords for $3.33. Last date on yellow tag..................22 Dec 2015. Rang up........................$3.33. A ton of them in old dusty boxes. I feel like if those can't drop to a penny, there's no chance in hell bigger items would get there.

I know we got alot of ebay sellers in here, but does anybody sell at their local flea markets and swap o ramas? Was just curious..I try a little bit of everything but, find especially with heavy items shipping is always the issue for people.Power tools tend to do extremely well though. And craigslist is getting to the point of hating it..Just too many freaking tire kickers and scammers.

It is NOT my van I am just a fan of lifted 4x4 swapped van's. Once I get rid of my truck my plans are to buy a van and begin the build to have a fun expo rig that I can sleep in.
