.06 pricing, so we might see .03 pricing? Id be interested to see if I could get a price adjust at that point. Depends how long it takes I guess.
How did the new one sound?

Haha exactly! Well, at least we kinda have an idea when it may drop to .x3

Have a lot of the hoovers around me on clearance. I was waiting to see if they hit a lower price then the $40.00.
Yes, I like that..."assume possibly"guess we can assume possibly 6 weeks out right?
Yeah, I debated for awhile in the store..Figured the $40 price is 75% off so thought that might be it. Unless they go down to penny status..
I hear you, I was tempted to pick them up also. I will debate it for another couple days before making a decision. Trying to see what kind of market is out there for them. I would like to keep one for the house also. If you keep yours please share a little review if you don't mind.
Also, not sure if anybody else is seeing this but at a local store they have a couple 20gal Husky compressor's on wheels marked down to $129.99
2nd Husky compressor doesn't have the rattle my first one does. I retried the first one and apparently shaking it around while its running makes the rattle go away, at least temporarily. Not quite sure what it is.
2nd one has no rattle but the outlet plumbing was loose....I assume it wont hold air (havent checked on the tank yet) but I might consider just tightening it up and keeping that one instead. Build date on the rattling one is 6/15, on the non-rattly one is 1/15.
I remember reading that the husky (all CAT Compressors) has epoxy coated plumbing and needs to be heated before removal.
Be careful disassembling any threaded fittings ! Any of the cast metal (like the manifold) is very cheap metal. Also they use epoxy for thread sealant. Some heat from a propane torch will soften the epoxy so that you ca unscrew the fitting.
pretty good day today
one store
2 of the 2 drawer cars inventory showed 1
205 piece tool kit inventory showed zero
2 of the 28 piece wrench kits inventory showed zero
found a ton of penny items but they were way up high
Thanks for the info....will take a look at mine when I get a chance. According to the Husky parts diagram, whats loose is "elbow" that connects to "exhaust pipe". Not sure if there should be epoxy on that fitting since I think its a flare end where the pipe connects, not sure what connection it is to the outlet of the pump.
EDIT: all set. The braided line came right off (flare end), the brass block was not epoxied or anything into the pump. Removed it completely and "reindexed" it until it ended up tight at the right angle for the braided line to reconnect. My new Knipex pliers wrench came in handy already.
SKU and Model # of this ??
Why aren't you posting up PIC's ??
Your making me nervous. Lol

Why would you ask for them to be brought down? Get them yourself.Wtf. I found six of the dewalt pancake compressors. Had guy get all 6 down. They rang up a penny. They make some calls and of course they come back and tell me they can sell them to me at the last clearance price. Tell them no I want to speak to the manager and the MOD gives me the we can't sell this at a penny. So now I call corporate and the lady there tells me it there policy that they CANT sell items at a penny.

Most of the time you can get last clearance price.
At $45, they are still a great deal. I'd have bought all 6.![]()

Got them down, paid 24 thru sco, got receipt. Apparently customers aren't allowed to open sealed displays in the store. Consider me informed, not even mad, not a chicken tho A+ for effort. Self pat on shoulder.Don't be a chicken.
