Klein knockout kits are penny now(at my store at least), found one with old clearance tag marked $207.06 with about a quarter inch of dust on it.

Same store with all the ladders for a penny. Inventory said they had ZERO on hand.
Employees seemed to be mad at me for some reason. One of them walking by asked me what Home Depot I worked at and seemed rather angry.

My default reply is:
I don't work at Home Depot nor do I know anyone that does, but when asked in the future I will say that I have a friend of a friend named (get name from apron) that works at (the store your in) who lets me know when items are marked down or drop out of the system and I cut them in for 30%.
I told this to a woman who worked at the SCO who decided to interrogate me while waiting for the manager to get up there after being stopped for some Malibu Lights. She changed her attitude real quick. Manager ended up saying said it was store policy to never sell things at a penny.
Now whenever she's working SCO and sees me approaching she walks behind the computer so she can't see the monitor. It doesn't matter what or how much I have, she never says a thing.
Note: I would never actually follow through on this. I'm not that big of a ****.

Meant to post about it earlier and I failed to get a picture. Home Depot had buckets of Grip Rite 800 count collated drywall nails on clearance. This was the first time I had seen them so I don't know if it was limited to that store or not?
I attached a picture of what they looked like. I'm not sure if these are from what was on sale last year or not? These were only at the 50% off range.

Was meeting them to sell something and had another item in the back as well. They inquired about buying it as well but didn't have enough cash. That conversation led to them wanting to buy 3 other things I had back at the house. They then asked me to send them a text anytime I get new product.

I don't know if this has been posted yet, but I found the Mini Maglite Pro/ Mini Maglite combo dropped to $6.33 today. Found tons of these while searching for the other two maglites at .03 level last week, but they were still at $19.06.
Don't have a SKU, but the part number is FX46016.
Also, found two Black n Decker LST220 trimmers in a clearance end cap, but forgot to look them up in the PCA. Were these the ones that were a penny that I saw posted back in January? Website says there online only and it looks they've been replaced by a more recent model.

That is an ok price..If it's new in box might ask more. I have yet to pay full price for a clearance generator. I always negotiate those down further.I had NO problems at selling mine..Will post how next batch goes tomorrow.

interesting on these ladders, i was at a store that had them but they had adjusted the pca price to the online price... i dunno if they were marked down last week or not at that particular store.
Finally found something worth a damn.

craftsman47 - you're not alone. Just came across 5 - 14" here and 1 - 16" and they haven't dropped either. Had someone verify via handheld just to be sure. A store 20 miles away has neither and computer shows .03 price folks are posting.

Haha, this one is legit. Already bought half the stuff and coming in the morning for the rest. Of course I knocked the price down just a tad bit more but not much. My goal in selling stuff is to get it out the door as quick as possible. I don't like having tons of stuff lying around, not to mention it makes the wife angry.

Though I have had a few.....clean me out. even took what they were looking for (which happened to fit what was on clearance) and go back and pick the stuff out of 4 HD before I met up with them..........

Cleaned out at the few i frequent. Missed on them too. Chelsea had 4 that went quickly.
I had mine sold to a repeat buyer at $450 before I even bought it, but then that fell through. I listed it on Craigslist at $500 and sold it a week later at $400.
