I was being silly. They hit penny today, but this display was still up at this store.

Figured it'd be soon. I knew where some were and a friend was driving through so he got some for me. Still .02. Maybe I'll make a run when I know they hit a penny. Probably be tue or wed I'm sure.

Could not wait to share this, my first deal ( not penny, but).. Went into my local HD to see if that channel lock deal may have panned out... After checking pca, it showed one of the 6 gal stainless wet/dry vac's in stock.. Walking around I found one on a shelf with a 'DNI' (do not inventory) paper on it.. Ten feet down the aisle there were two more up there.. I was able to grab one, walking to self checkout a checker asked if I was ready, started checking out that whole in the first box, she said she could give me ten dollars off for that..., changed it to five when she saw the price ..ended up grabbing the second one too... $22.72 total for the both of them

Good hunting and good deal! That's one of the items I wanted to get at the .02 price, but they were all cleaned out around here at .04.

Go back and look in this thread. They were posted about a few weeks ago and I found one for $58. It's a nice compressor too, I used it earlier to air up my tires.
I decided to keep one of mine. It's 20 pounds lighter than the ultra quiet husky.

Correct. Keeping a Dewalt in the garage and I'll take the Husky to the track since I have an aluminum air tank.

Its amazing how different the store experience is from one store to another.

Saturday went through the biggest fight trying to get the free milwaukee multi tool deal and was denied. Today in a diff store they gave me the deal with ZERO hassle.

Also tried to get a price adj on a now clearance item, was over 30 days and said it was too late. I said ok I will return because I got others on clearance, she said ok then immediately asked if I wanted to rebuy, of course I will!

I noticed that too. Everybody wants one but hardly anyone wants to pay for it. I've had mine up for a month at 250 with only 1 interest and I had to meet him an hour away.

I managed to get some listed on eBay the night before they hit SD and sold all 3 at $270. Since then I've only been able to sell one locally for $230. Other than that the only interest I've had was from someone who mistook it for a framing nailer.

Everyone around here wants those damn Dewalt trim nailers for some reason. Although the only time I've ever used either was to shoot a few nails into some scrap wood to make sure they worked, the difference between using the Paslode vs. Dewalt felt like fishing with a Curado vs. an old school round Abu Garcia.

For those of you shipping the Nutone 791LEDNT's, are you boxing them or just slapping on a shipping label?

I usually put it in a box. Only once did I ship one without a box, and it was because I was traveling and didn't have a spare box lying around.

Close but no cookie. Main Manager was on lunch. Cashier and hardware person kept saying that they didn't see a sign around the store that had the promo so they couldn't honor it.

When it says "bonus" I'm pretty sure that would be a single box with all the tools in it, not a drill/impact combo and a separately boxed tool.

Today I returned to the store that owed me batteries from my M12 Fuel kit purchases, with the intention of "returning" the batteries I never received, after being told over the phone that they didn't have them. When they found some (that they claimed to have just unboxed) on the M12 endcap, I told them about my plan to return the others, and 2 managers told me that partial returns of a promotional bundle aren't allowed. After choking back my laughter, I decided not to rock the boat, and come back for the remaining batteries they owed me.

It's really sad that they don't know how their own system works.

Not surprisingly, when I went back into the store to look for something else, I found more batteries - enough to cover what they owed me, and then some.

They know and you shouldn't talk about this on an open internet forum. There may be laws in your state for such things. Not joking either.

I wonder if it works like the free battery? If you add both the drill kit and multi-tool to the transaction, will it deduct the cost of the multi-tool? I'm pretty sure its not a single package with everything, since the combo kit number is just for the drills, but the package deal is the only thing that comes up in the PCA under the combo kit number. I checked tonight and one local store showed three packages in the PCA, and I found all three drill kits, but the kits did not have a multi-tool with it.

I was planning to come home and research whether this deal was worth buying for the multi-tool (to add to my M12 Fuel drill kit). If I had known people were getting denied, I would have tested my theory above. I'll try to test it out in the next day or two.

A few pics. Local stores seem to have a buttload of these sump pumps.

Idk if all states differ but all mine list max refund value under each item:

This is exactly the way the receipt looks if you get them to mark something down from the sale price.

From what I understand from others who posted on the Milwaukee Father's Day section. The multi tool (bare tool) comes by it self in addition to the m12 kit.

But I guess a small chat with managers and they honor the deal while other have denied it since when you scan it it won't deduct the tool like the battery deals.

I did the scan and add to transaction first and it didn't do anything. It was charging me the $79 for the multi tool plus the $99. That's when I inform cashier of the promo deal from the PCA but she had no clue what I was referring too. Showed her the screen shoot. She call old man from hardware he had not clue and I was running out of lunch time and manager was out for lunch too. I will try a different time.

That's exactly it. I was actually able to get the cashier to honor it the first time but then I got greedy and came back later and tried to clean them out of all 4 remaining sets they had and the manager shut it down. He did give me $50 off my next purchase so I still consider it a huge win. I really wanted that 13 dollar rigid shop vac but they didn't have any.

I'm pretty sure whenever that promo ran it was a free seperately boxed bare tool, but not 100%. The SKU and Model # are the same and usually Milwaukee bonus items in the same box will have a "B" after the model #. Though the UPC is different than the current Fathers Day one, but I think that is a special UPC.

When it says "bonus" I'm pretty sure that would be a single box with all the tools in it, not a drill/impact combo and a separately boxed tool.

Went through a similar situation at first store that fought me hard and denied the deal. Second store I just went to Pro desk, claimed it didnt scan right, after a few mins of them discussing they said they would honor it.

But I guess a small chat with managers and they honor the deal while other have denied it since when you scan it it won't deduct the tool like the battery deals.

If anyone knows of a private HD forum, please PM me. I have plenty of new penny items to contribute. Thanks
