Mike,

How many did you order?

I clicked on your link about 3 minutes after you posted. Amazon said, "Only 3 left in stock--order soon." I punched 3 into the quantity box and proceeded quickly through the checkout process (sorry fellow GJers!). My package arrived today.

When I found the ad, there were 5 in stock and I ordered 2. I still haven't received mine, though. Should be here Friday. $2.20 isn't too shabby.

Beta 1774 scraper, $3.46 at Amazon. Takes standard trapezoidal utility knife blades.

I've never seen a scraper that takes anything but single-sided safety razors, and never had one I really liked for gaskets. Looks like a deal to me if it keeps from having to buy safety razors, I've got tons of utility knife blades just waiting to be used.

That's right, $2.20 each plus shipping. $15.30 delivered to my front door and they included a free microfiber towel as well.

Oh, what's that? Look real close. Oh yeah! These are Made in USA! Double tap!

Heh. This almost makes up for getting fawked over by that b1itch on eBay last week.

:thumbup::):thumbup::)

I was gonna say I clicked that link and it was $8.49 plus shipping...thought to my self that isnt really a deal

If anyone is interested in Facom products, Ultimate Garage is doing some deals right now, seems like a bit of good older Facom (pre Stanley) at some good % discounts.

http://www.ultimategarage.com/ - go to "What's New" and then "Facom Sale - October 2010"...

Doesn't look like he has pics of the pieces, so you'll have to google the model #'s...

Gone now... Is the chassis made of plastic or metal?

I use these PB Swiss nail punches all the time (got the full set with stand). They're super nice. I had one Enderes I used for ever, and it's held up, but it's great to have all the sizes if you want to get all perfectionist :)

Yep.. I guess someone bought some because the price went from $1 back to $5

I don't know if this is chain wide, but at Home Depot in Bridgeport, CT, they had US made Vaughan 8 oz and 16 oz ball peen hammers for $5 each. There was a pile of them in a shopping cart by the Contractors' counter with a big sign.

I got one of each. They rang up at $7.50 and $10 respectively. I pointed out the error to the cashier, and she took $5 off of each. So I got both for $7.50 total!

Gearwrench 7 piece flex head ratcheting wrench sets $29.97

For anyone who hasn't purchased the 7 piece Gearwrench flex head wrench sets yet, they'll be on sale at True Value hardware for $29.97 for Black Friday. That's $5 cheaper than the current NAPA sale!

Update:
I stopped by the True Value closest to me. They do not stock Gearwrench and will not have these sets on Black Friday. Apparently it's a store by store choice.

So NAPA sold 8 more sets to myself and friends I told.

Thank you for posting the deal!

Its ebay, and it says used, which I don't know if it means returns or what, but I bought two of them for an offer of $6.01 each and $2 each shipping. Arrived in a slightly wet inside zip lock, cleaned up with a shot of WD40, seem fine after cleaning.

Says qty more than 10, and 110 sold so far, 99.6% positive feedback.

Leatherman Micra the little one with scissors, ruler, knife, two blade and a phillips, nail file, tweezers, and a bottle (maybe can) opener.

Good info in Bolster's post, didn't find any mods, but did find they have a 4 digit date code inside, my two are stamped 96 and 98, makes me wonder if the source isn't TSA. Kinda dirty inside too, but could be some kind of storage goop.

Craftsman C3 19.2V lithium ion drill will be on sale for $79.99 Friday and Saturday. I think it's a great deal and I plan on picking one up.

Friday and Saturday meaning today and tomorrow or Black Friday and the next day? It's showing $99.99 for me today.

Ace Hardware is having the Dewalt 18v combo with 2 batteries for $89.99 on BF but it's the NiCad version and that price is after a $10 rebate. It's the same one on sale at HD right now for $119.99. This one you've posted looks better to me because of the Li battery and cheaper price with no rebate hassle. Please let me know what the deal is.

Its on sale today and tomorrow. If you look at the weekly ad under "deals", it shows $79.99. I also got the ad in the mail a few days ago. However it still says $99.99 online though...typical Sears.

Thanks. It shows $79.99 once I add it to my cart. Also considering the rechargeable LED worklight for $16.99.

Back to the deals...

Milwaukee Sawz-all at HD, with code "FALLSAVE31" $64. Yes they're Asian, we know.

Thanks for the heads up, I just got mine in the mail today. Can't beat a new Milwaukee Sawzall for less than $80 shipped. Plus it is mostly made in the USA. The tool is Made in USA with Global Components and the case/blade are straight MUSA. Maybe the motors are made in China, but at least it was assembled here.

Some good stackable deals @ sears for expensive items

5% off any single item $150-$200
5% off any single item $200-$300
5% off any single item $300+
additional 10% off for reward members today only
$20 off 200 with coupon halloween
and $35 off $300 with the visa promotion which expires on sunday [must pay with a visa cc]

All of that stacks which can really knock down an expensive item. The 10% off is valid on anything, the $20 off $200 and visa promotion work based on your total dollar amount in your cart.

There's supposed to be a midnight madness sale this weekend. Last time I mentioned a pre-advertised sale, there was no sale, so I was hesitant to get anyone's hopes up.

yes they do, i did the same when they had a similar sale some months ago. I think you'll like the sockets. The interior chrome plating isnt perfect on some, especially the deeps, but you'd be hard pressed to find a better value on USA made sockets.
