Check your local Pep Boys. They have some deals on those portable jump starters / air compressors.
Only downside is you have to do the mail-in rebate thing.

I think these prices are better than Harbor Freight
300A has a 8Ahr AGM battery, says it is not replaceable, warranty is 90 days requires receipt and shipping to IL.
Says to charge 8 to 12 hrs, but never longer than 24 hrs, which means you need some kind of timer I guess?
Do no crank for more than 6 sec, wait three minutes between starting attempts.
