Those look exactly like the gear wrench ones I have for half the price.

The Craftsman Professionals look just like the Snap On's. I guess their the same too.![]()
I would stay away from those unless you want chinese stuff
well, not everyone... a few of us, including myself got the no country of origin ones, which some people are saying made in Taiwan, but with no reference to verify that information. and the ratchets themselves have no markings other than "L-AA" to indicate where it was made.Everyone who ordered them last time seems to be getting USA-made ones. And if they aren't made here in the States they're made in Taiwan. No China.
Why do you say that?

I can go to HFT to get Taiwanese tools. When I order something Craftsman, I was really hoping to get the USA one...
They also have their line of premium ratchets which are about as thin and better at 84teeth.
You like them better than the Premiums?

I haven't actually used them, so I'm just curious
I haven't used the premiums either. Just read the stories of them having troubles. Didnt know they had similar thicknesses. But for the price you can't beat that 3pc set.
Anybody got a US general 13 drawer coupon handy?
Anybody got a US general 13 drawer coupon handy?
this months flyer isn't a coupon they are on sale in the store for $389.99
Looks like its better to take that and the 20% off coupon.
20% off coupon cannot be used On anything good anymore.
Fixed it for you
HaHa still an excellent box for the money. Got one for $350 and the other for $240... LOVE THEM
Maybe, I've heard a rumor or two as well.I think the discounts will be steeper soon. I was talking to a guy from Lowe's about a miter saw station that is out of stock for my Jawhorse, and he mentioned a lot of the Rockwell stuff is being discontinued and replaced with new models.
See my kobalt crossform deal post from November. These wrenches have been $25 since then.Lowes has their Kobalt crossform wrench sets for $24.98. They used to be $79.99. Both metric and standard.

They're also quite different from CrossForce and X-Beam profiles.
