I got 4 ratchets. The bent handle flex head, the stubby flex head, a 1/4" soft grip and a 1/4" full polish. total was $53.

I'm a little concerned tho. It still shows up as "processing". Sears has been known to **** people out of deals in the past because they either sold too many or said the price is wrong. I hope I get them.

I placed two orders, so I could use the 5 off 50 coupon twice. Anyway I ordered on Sunday, got shipping confirmation yesterday on the second order, and shipping confirmation today on the first order. Looks like they are making good on the orders.


Just to add something, I wish I had remembered to look for these when I placed my orders.

I used 5 of these and had one tray w/ mismatched clips on it when I was done.

and he did them for $15ea for 8 trays shipped to me. If you don't need 8, he was willing to do 6 for $16ea shipped. You'll have to contact him since he doesn't seem to list them at the moment, and I completed the transaction off ebay w/ no problems whatsoever.

Get the HF ones. Way cheaper, better design imo.

free shipping wasn't working for me either...didn't feel like paying $32 in shipping so didn't order.

Been on live chat with sears "customer service" for almost an hour with no luck they told me couldn't free ship the 299 piece socket set because it was more than 149 lbs that would be over 8oz per socket they must ship them in a lead box they wore me down and I gave up

no, no, no, no... never, ever contact their online chat folks... they are absolutely worthless. they fail me EVERY TIME. and then I call their 1-800 number and everything is better.

Had the same trouble. Tried to buy about 1 am today. It was on the website for 249, in my cart for 249, but when I tried to checkout it went to 399. Deleted my cart , still on the website, added it my cart for 249.99, tried to checkout again, couldn't do it at the sale price.

Tried to call into sears then , but they're closed .

This morning. saw it on the website for 399. Called Sears to explain my trouble last night. Just got off the phone with them about 8:30 am after a 20 minute call. I didn't get it for the 237 plus tax = 251 that I almost got it for last night.

Instaed they're charging me 399 plus tax = 423 - 5% aaa discount = 12.50 ? huh? - 150 credit off by bill = 261.50. I couldn't follow that math, but I still bought it for $10 more than If I could have got it last night. But I did get 4000 shop your way points( whatever they are) , which I signed up for last night, so I think I did good.

So If you still want it, A 20 minute phone call might get you one for almost the same price.

I would have just called sears, everything I had a problem. I call, they look up the online price and put in the order manually with all the discounts and free shipping offer. Or go to the stores and have the guys set up their computer for you to get free shipping on everything.

Sears *****, but the ratchets kick ***!! All are Taiwan made! I was so worried they would be the same new china **** Gearwrench has been pushing for the last few years.

I could not be more happy! If I had known they where Taiwan and such nice quality I would have ordered more. Matco 88 kits here I come!

Thats funny. Mine came via USPS in thee boxes (well two boxes and one envelope).

I have USPS tracking numbers, but no information on the USPS site. I'm blaming both parties for that one, as i've never really seen USPS give anything other than "this number isn't right" or "delivered, hope we threw it at the right porch!"
