I'm not even sure. Mine are currently spread between four toolboxes across two states.

I have...6. 4 in my toolbox in the garage (1 1/4", 2 3/8" and 1 1/2"), and 1 each in my truck and car tool kits. The only reason I have 2 3/8" ratchets in my garage is because you can't get the ratchet off the tensioner when you pull the serpentine belt off the car, so one is sacrificial for when I have to do that.

My go to ratchet is oddly enough a 3/8 Stanley pearhead quick release...it's never let me down after years of use. I've just recently added two F80s within the past couple months so I might start putting them through the paces to see what the love's all about!!

Last count was about 60. I sold off a few so i'm guessing about 50 now. Most of mine are pawn shop, flea market or garage sale finds. I only purchased a few of them new.

Weird thread, part way through I was thinking, oh yeah I've got one of those too, and upping my ratchet count, but by the end I was thinking, I really need a few more ratchets ...
Stubby swivel head 1/4 drive HF maybe most used.
Stubby flex head 1/4 drive (POS $6 for set of 3) HF, a lot, maybe hoping to see it die.
Long handle soft grip 80 tooth flex head 3/8 Snapon when I need more torque.
25" extra long handle flex head 1/2 drive Titan, when I need a lot more torque.
Tiny Mactech or MicroTech 1/4 drive, when I don't use the first two.
Tiny Rotating handle 1/4 drive SR14 EZRed, new still playing with it at my desk.
Dozen or so backup ratchets, some collected just to have, some preferred for infrequent tasks, some I'm waiting to play with. I tend to use a wrench or impact in a lot of cases where I might otherwise use a 1/2 drive ratchet, so the big ratchets don't see a lot of use.

around 38 if i don't count the ratchet/socket sets in my truck, trailer, cars and at work here. Then add another 15 or so.

I have two Duplicate/similars I have For the main garage socket set on each size 1/4, 3/8 1/2. Of those sets are the ratchets that came with Husky/stanley taiwan set that work great and came with my instal 338 piece mechanics tool set. the extras are S&K, sears, and Blackhawk i picked up used.
As for specialty flex head, long handles ect. I have zero to one for each size.
My portable tool kits and boxes and bags get one ratchet per drive size.
I buy alot of good USA ones but usually sell em here on the board. I cant talk myself into keeping them having a $30-$40 ratchet sitting on the shelf with no chance of being used when I need to saveup and buy a compressor for the front garage for my wife to air up tires.

It's raining off and on so i can't get the grass mowed. So i decided to take a count. Looks like I was off in my first post. These are the ones i could find. Probably a few others somewhere. Hopefully I will find more this weekend.

How many ratchets? I lost count but I think it's around 50-60. My father looked at one of my boxes the other day and asked me why I had so many of the same ratchet in there. I think the drawer he looked in has twelve, it's little.
