Sorry, second pic was supposed to be this one....

Is that the Craftsman open-weave no-slip drawer liner? If so, how do you like it? I just installed it in all my drawers last week and so far it's best I've seen - nothing slips and it stays in place really well, the only down side is that it leaves a checkerboard pattern imprint on the high-polish stuff.

I counted today what I could find, somewhere around 92 ratchets right now. Pics show 1/4 drives over 3/8, other pic is 1/2 drives and the only 3/4 drive. Everything is loosely organized into manufacturer/style.

Lets just say more than I need but less than I want. My GF was in the garage with me the other day and asked why I don't have a tool box for just ratchets.

I own a lot more since finding this website, most people on this website have me beat.

HAHAHA This is so true. I was tooling along happy with my craftsman, some round head, some raised panel. Then I found this site, and now I think I am sitting at 20. 20 fricken ratchets for a hobbyist.

1 - Thorsen
5 - Wright
14 - craftsman (I am still trying to figure out how the hell I got 14 craftsman) I know 6 of them came in set. 5 are the rhft that someone on here pointed out as being dis-continued. Other 3 I have no clue.

****** hell, I have ten! :shocking:

Two no-namers (1/4" & 3/8") that were part of a present tool set;
Three Koken 1/4" (one is soon to be sold)
Two Koken 3/8" (one is soon to be sold)
Two Koken 1/2"
One Fuller 1/2" (part of a 1/2" set I intended to use at junkyards etc)

And there I was thinking of selling some as I felt I had too many... lol

How many ratchets do you own ?

How many do you own and what is your favorite or go-to ratchet for the work you do most often ?

I own 16.

My (new) go to is the HF heavy duty composite ratchet

http://www.harborfreight.com/mercha...-inch-heavy-duty-composite-ratchet-66314.html

I know, it isn't pedigreed, but it is smooth as silk and comfortable.

I'm not a pro wrench so I don't use it all day every day, but for the $10 I dropped on it, it's been one of the best buys ever.

Before I bought it, my favorite was a Klein ratchet that came in a set I bought back in 1982. Still have it, still like it ;)

Re: How many ratchets do you own ?

My last count was 19, my go to is my F80 or other Snappys, before that it was this http://performancetool.com/item.aspx and I still use it from time to time. Great brand of tools for the price I think, yes its Tiwanese but they have a good feel and perform great.

Re: How many ratchets do you own ?

Last I counted between my "home set" which is now at work due to my lack of garage situation at the moment, and my work tools,I had 42 ratchets. Is this unneccesary? perhaps, but it makes me happy ok?
