I had to pull them out hard as well, which to me seems odd. The top drawer comes out an angle, one corner is 'stuck'.
The HF branch I use (Orange, Ca.) is hit and miss on service. I have adjusted the drawers, watched the Youtube vid etc.
The drawer on the lower right with the compartment for screw gun storage is a real bear to open.
If you can get me the contact info that would be great. I am on the road for a couple of weeks of vacation and will
be back 1 May.
You have a great storage solution for your shop and it looks great.

Basically all full extension drawer slides require extra effort when extending for the first time after installation. If they are hard to extend after that, it's an issue
