Oooo. Haweka is nice stuff. What you show above is probably what I'm looking for on the rear collet. I wonder if anyone makes a spacer to allow using 40mm collets/cones on a 36mm shaft.

eBay seller shipped via TForce Freight, picked up 6/2, currently in transit with ETA of 6/11.

with all the import machines with the smaller shaft out there you'd think there would be something out there.
Like I said in another reply I've never had a wheel that didn't work with the cones mine came with. If you don't have the balancer yet wait and see what you can do with what it comes with or the common accessories. If there's one specific wheel you are using all the time that's a pain to setup on the machine it makes sense to get whatever is needed to mount that well. I have had the odd rim, usually a wirewheel or something custom with a thick center that you have to play around with a bit to mount right. If it was rim I use a lot of I'd have looked for other adapters for it but I don't even remember when the last time I had to balance the ones that gave me the most grief.

Haweka (and others) make sleeves. They even do them for my 28mm balancer.

Finally received the Katools yesterday. I was annoyed that the eBay listing showed "5 available", yet the seller did not ship for almost 2 weeks, implying that they did not actually have 5 available when I placed the order. I still don't know why there was a 2 week delay. The freight company (T-Force) was a bit on the slow side to get the crates ready to deliver. Last-mile delivery was in a 28-foot NPT truck.

5/21: Placed order
6/2: Shipped (12 days later!) from PA
6/11: Freight company 1st contact, crates arrived at local depot in MT, but not unloaded yet
6/18: Freight company 2nd contact, scheduled delivery for 6/23
6/23: Delivered with liftgate, driver rolled the pallets into my shop)

The balancer required minimal assembly, but I haven't tested it yet. My 750 balancer apparently needs MUCH less assembly vs the 760 which appears to be a PITA to assemble. Glad I got the 750. The tire machine arrives in over a dozen pieces and the printed instructions were beyond useless... might as well have said "assemble machine". The PDF instructions online are not much better. Most of the assembly is based on looking at photos online and figuring out what goes where. No torque specifications are provided for any fasteners, just "tighten". Katool did not have any video for assembly that I could find, only a "usage" video (link). Fortunately, there was a helpful video from another new owner (see below) that answered some of my questions.

As a bonus, one of the pneumatic cylinder locking plates does not align with the bolt holes in the cylinder. I need to grind the bolts holes in the plate to make it fit. That's where I stopped last night, and will pick up again this morning. I mounted casters on the tire machine so it can be moved, using these casters from Amazon for $25/set, per another YouTuber recommendation.

Most of the imports are the same or very similar, mine looks the same & there are quite a few videos of the different bramds. Good luck, I'm very happy with the machines, the balancing takes alittle practice, kinda an art, a few times I removed the tire to find the bad spot on the rim, sometimes you have to rotate the tire 180 deg. A little patience & you can get well balanced tires.
