Bought my first bmer last week , a 520d msport bus etd , nice motor

Hope you enjoy it. We have not gotten many oil burners here. They have to much of a black eye from the 70's. Most think they are slow and stink.

Far from the truth with modern oil burners.

Great shop and terrific cars. Thanks for sharing with GJ.

Curious what years are the Sierra Fords?? Your rebuilds of those are simply amazing . . . . . LOVE the look of finished cars!!

Europe surely got the best powerplants with 2.0 ltr cosworth . . . really ahead of their time with strong I-4 engines that "magically" are coming back into favor again in USA with high price of fuel. Funny how it takes 30 or 40 years for Big Automakers to figure this out!!

Keep the pics coming of your great cars and shop.

Found some nice s/s bowls which when drilled out for a rose fitting will make a nice feature over the workbench ...

Have been looking for cafe or kitchen style hanging lamps for a few years now in local jumble sales and clearance houses.

Eventually I thought I'd make up my own , got three s/s mixing bowls and three ceiling roses. Drilled out the centres to accommodate the light fixture, must paint the cables/fittings black and maybe add a chain hanger

Midleton distillery is only down the road,if you've heard of it....

I spent 2 good years working in the distillery, in fact I remember seeing a 3dr cossie on the main street a few times but I'm sure it was on UK plates.

Beautiful house & garage any recent updates ?

Cool cars. I love the escorts/cortina/carpri/sierra family. Brings me back to the days of watching the boys run around Bathurst in the sierra's.

My dad still has his V6 GT Capri that he bought brand new in the 70's.

Hey Zagamuffin, nice thread and great rides. What's that car on the right with the red stripe? I'm looking at that front quarter and air dam and I like those body styles.
