Wifey and I just scored some great deals using the coupons and Amex small business promo:

Large curved jaw Vise Grips:
$19.99 - $10 coupon - $10 Amex credit = $0

Wilde 36" pry bar:
$24.99 - $12.50 coupon - $10 Amex credit = $2.50

General Tools Reamer:
$18.99 - $9.50 coupon - $9.50 Amex credit = $0

Ace Mapp Gas Torch Kit (from Sweden):
$40 - $15 coupon - $10 Amex credit = $15
(manager did an override and applied the $15 even though the item was >$30)

4 amex cards?

I picked up the dremel accessory kit and a wonder pump syphon to use the 50% off coupon and amex credit. Not much else I needed.

Picked up a Nextec 12v battery for $12 after the 50% off. Wish they had more than one. Also picked up some of those Dewalt $9.99 drill bit sets.

Just found this thread, I'm happy with my deal.

Just quickly checking it looked like all the Craftsman sockets they had both individuals and the ones on rails were USA made.

Hummmmmm,

Wonder how Lowes and HD will handle this?? Price Match??

Our local HD and Lowes, No Way!!!

AL

Why would you even think about going to a big box to price match? Wouldn't you want to support the local economy?

Starts Black Friday.

On that Ace/Gearwrench deal an Ace Rewards card is required.

Doesn't take anything to get a rewards card, they just gave me one a couple weeks ago. I went to use it today and the girl looked it up and told me that if I want coupons I need to register it. I may or may not.
