Different version that I have not seen before, I like it though similar to Geatwrench with one size per wrench and fixed box end but has the offset lip on the fixed and ratcheting ends that I have not seen on the Grearwrench version.

It looks like Northern Tool (NT) now offers the metric version as a 5-piece set for ~$200.

Klutch Model# PL81664

It might be easier to warranty an individual tool at NT versus Harbor Freight (HF) since I've read that HF is reluctant to open packages for warranty and they don't carry the individual wrenches.

90 tooth Mountain set for $157. Seems like the run away inflation pricing may be ending. On the link they also offer the 7 piece set, that they call the four piece set for a couple hundred more. Individual wrenches available too. Am I missing something?

The 4 pack is 4x the 5 piece set.

The wrench + wrench set is the 5 mountain (8-19mm) plus the 2 larger platinum (21x22 & 24x25).

I sold my Mountains and bought 1.5 Snap-On wrenches with the money :ROFLMAO:

I disliked the reverse switch and spline drive. The wrenches would bite into the fastener and get stuck. But, I love this style of wrench and they're my most used. I have 3 of the Snap-On wrenches in JIS sizes and they're a pleasure to use. Especially, great for suspension work and alignments.

While I will probably never buy them, credit to Snap On for making a superior tool. Wow that low back drag. Probably the most annoying part of the Kabo's which require a finger sometimes. Hoping my Kabos need to break in some more, but they have already been through a ATF/mystery oil soak.

I too soaked my ICON's in ATF for a week, but I still find they have some backdrag that bothers me. I give it to Snap-On to make a better wrench, but SO has enough of my money to replace the Icon's.

I love this style of wrench and they're my most used.

It's amazing these have been around for about 3 years, but it seems like most of the Internet is just waking up to them. I agree with you, these of often used in my mostly automotive tool arsenal. I just used the 10mm to replace a drive belt idler on a Honda fit. Zero clearance between the frame rail and the pulley. It would have been a much worse job without these.

My purchase date looks to be be closing in on 10 years of the mountain wrenches, they've been around a long time

Right! I didn't know they were around that long. I remember getting my Icon's when they were "new" and didn't realize these were rebrands until recently.

Sorta like my nano sockets from Astro. I've had them for some time, but the whole nano impact socket craze is going strong of late.
