All their comments have been positive. Most want to know what I'll be using it for. I think some wonder if it will be used for commercial purposes which is not my intent.Mr Mayor, how are the neighbors liking your new build ?
I just might do that. You going to put a PULL Sign on that door?

I looked at both options and have decided to upgrade the service to the house to 320 amps and feed the shop from that meter. I can't imagine needing more power than that, but if I do I can always run a new meter at that point.Good looking building. I like the Light Stone and Rustic Red colors. Your wife did good. Will you be bringing in a second service from your transformer or will you run off of the house meter?
I just might do that.
Funny you picked that cartoon as the original artist and I share the same name.![]()
It's a Storm Shelter and I thank my fellow GJ friends for paying for half of it.So what's that concrete thing with the door on it ?
The County I live in was administering a Federal Grant that covered half the cost for new storm shelters. My cost was about $1,800.
Even though we've not used it in the 18 months we've lived here, it keeps the wife happy knowing it's there.
Here you go.Looks sweet. How about some interior shots?
I'd guess only about 10% of my neighbors have shelters. They're kind of like parachutes. If you need one and don't have one, you're too late. It's looking great and I can't wait to see the inside after some more work.
Do many of your neighbors the same (or similar) of tornado shelters ?

Yes, it's the Utility Model.I have been looking at Mueller also. Is that the utility model? If you dont mind me askin, what did that insulation run ya for a building that size?
