We moved to California to help with my father-in-law for a couple of years. When we moved back home we met my son's pitbull Lexi. Then my oldest moved back home and brought Bronson a German Sheppard. Very big dog who's head reminds me of a dinosaur, he drinks water, some makes it down but most leaks out of his mouth.

Then my youngest son Lexi's dad brought his girl friend and her dog into the house. Kennan is a mutt, looks like terrier boxer mix. What do ya think?

They're not very helpful, I swear they spend most of the time pooping and barking.

This is Cooper.
I got him free off of a FB Pet Page. I have had him about 3 months now.
His original owners were very young and had twins coming, living with Granny, they had to let him go.
He just turned 3 and is a very good boy.
He likes face-licking, tennis balls, tug of war and riding in my truck.:rocker:

I think I posted before about how your Cooper looks like he could be our Zeus's brother but those pics are gone now so here's a new one of Zeus.

They look pretty similar don't they? Zeus might be a little bigger but the markings and body structures are almost the same.

Here's a picture of both my supervisors. Nothing gets done around my house without them sticking their noses in.

My grown daughter's bulldog, Ace. He is our weekend dog. Works well for ALL of us.
Ace is 8 1/2 years old, a slobbery sweetie!

This is Foxy. She's a Queensland Heeler mixed with an American Eskimo. She just lays under the truck and keeps an eye out while I work in the garage. She will be 3 in October.07dd8f7447df518df35f490c3756a6e5.jpg

My grandson MAX helping with the foundation prep

Max, stop. That is the best part of the video because for a brief second, he actually stopped!

Isn't it funny how puppies just love to run around, in no particular way? They will run left, right, front, back, go around in a circle, run fast in a straight line, then run slow, then run in a circle again.

He's grown now and small for a male. His superpower is running. Put in the invisible fence so he takes full advantage of the whole yard. He's pretty agile but when running at full tilt with a 3 foot stick you have to watch out for him or he'll put some unintentional hurt on you. luckily the mil was thick so he wasn't puncturing it. he listens when he feels like it. he knows he can outrun anyone so if he doesn't want to come he doesn't. getting better but man it pisses me off.

He is about the size of a cat right now, 15lbs. Maybe this photo is better.

This is Kaylie, my Japanese Akita. She was a rescue pup who became my service dog and is now retired. She likes to be in the garage with me as the floor is nice and cool. Any chance to jump into either of my trucks gets her off the floor and raring to go.

We said goodbye to our big girl earlier this summer. Miss her a lot.

Here are our 3 (from left to right); Fozzie is an almost 10 year old Goldendoodle, Stella is an 8 year old Black Lab mix (we think Border Collie), and Lucky is an almost 12 year old Golden Retriever. They don't spend too much time out in the garage, they prefer to be on the couch or running around the backyard.

It is going to be time to say goodbye to Lucky soon. He has a large cancerous tumor in his liver. We're taking it day by day and making sure he is happy and comfortable. He's a lot less active, but still seems to be loving life so we are thankful for every day that we have left with him. It is going to be hard to let him go when the time comes.

Congrats Jack. Bigger congrats to Lucky becausehe IS lucky to find a good family home.

Is he "Heinz 57 Varieties"? He kinda has a greyhound/whippet look to his face. I think maybe some blonde Labrador mixed in there too because of his coloring and big paws. I have a lot of experience with Labs - GREAT dogs but they have puppy, mischievous ways for TWO years, not one like most dogs. Be patient and he'll be a GREAT dog. Best, Dan

How were your guys labs as pups? My Mozzie is 6 months old (75lbs) pure bread English lab. He chews EVERYTHING! Stick, rocks, plastic toys, Sheetrock walls, wood molding, rubber floor mats, grease, everything.

Is this normal lab behavior and when will it stop?

My buddy said it perfectly: "Labs. They chew till they're two and shed till they're dead"

Here is my buddy Goose who turns 1 or 7 next Tuesday:

Labs are more like velociraptors than puppies until they lose those baby teeth.

Found some old pics of Cooper Dog when I got him at 8 months old.

He never really chewed on anything he wasn't supposed to except he had to be broken of eating footie socks.
