Bought these too,was yesterday and luckily talked to my Matco dealer on this on Friday.Said not to go past the price and the asking price was not bad.Now he has to warranty them which he will do with no problems.I do good on the broken tool lots.

Here are two 1/2 that I have. I also have 2 of the 3/8 and 1/4 models. I wouldn't call them flex heads, but indexing ratchet sounds better to me.
