Is that an Extreme Tools box?
Yes I believe it’s a rebranded extreme box. Really like it.

What brand of cart is that? Looks nice and think it might fit my needs.
Just got the 44” HF box. Haven’t seen pictures of them besides a 26” HF box so thought I would share. Still haven’t decided if I’ll build a worktop to span across both. The 26” is a 64434 version and the drawers open all the way out. The 44” is a 64446 version so the drawers don’t open all the way. I’ll post more photos of it in the 44” HF thread here.
Best indication I’ve seen to date that shows the 26” being about a ½” taller than the 44.

Is it a difference in the casters?

Well my new toolbox has arrived!!! A little over a month of waiting too. This will be my forever box. I had custom ordered this box and it is a 1 of 1. Has bedliner power top, blacked out wheels, and all the pieces that were either stainless or chrome were sprayed with bedliner. The main color is Storm Grey with the orange trim.

That is super cool and I love the color scheme.
Quick question, what happens if you get a flat? Does the box tip? And how much of a ***** is it to steer?

A tow/pull bar WITH a brake handle! It has a tow bar that you steer the box with; just like a little red wagon.
I am in the process of restoring a KR537/557 and debating selling it when it's finished for this exact reason. The value of the HF boxes is just hard to ignore.Out grew my white krsc246 at home, Sold it on Craigslist and bought this for the house instead. I'm liking all the extra room I got now.
I find it funny that guys or gals, buy a welder and get set up for welding and fab work yet go out and buy a cheap flimsy cart. Build your own.

Have you always wanted a pit cart or do you move the box a lot and need it? Always curious about who buys these and what their use case is.
Can you link me to the 44 HF thread? I've searched and can't seem to find it. Thanks for sharing those pics!
I got a new welding cart/toolbox to go with my new welder today. Vulcan brand. The steel and drawer slides are nice. Paint is a little soft.

That looks like a pretty amazing set-up. So what’s the benefit of pneumatic tyres? I guess it’s easier to roll than solid tyres on anything other than a perfectly smooth floor? Here are some pics since I put my new box into its final place. Have my tools halfway transferred over, will probably finish tomorrow.
I like the orange color
That is a damn nice setup. I think you have more Snap On than I do. I don't even have a Snap On box.

Very nice setup, my compliments! I like how you kept it simple to meet your needs.I'm a home gamer, not a pro. Here's my setup. Works great for me.
