here is my current box and cart, thinking of swapping my box for a Snap On Epiq box.
The Epiq is a sweet looking box but I love the way your Matco is setup.

top is screwdrivers, prybars, etc. the second is wrenches, the third and deepest is sockets. Since getting my cart I have alot of my common tools in there and find myself wanting more deep drawers in my stationary box for specialized equipment. the Matco box I have has way too many thin drawers. plus just too many drawers all together. the large triple bay would have suited me better I think.same config in the top part just 3 bays instead of 4 in the bottom.transamfan- interesting drawer setup. Do you keep all your sockets in the top drawer or do you keep them in the 3rd drawer from the top??
ROTA hose reel. haha nice. Not JDM enough.![]()
DIY570 - I really like those old snappy boxes. Show some drawer pics![]()
I still have LOTS of room to fill, looking at power tools first. Also, trying to prioritize other purchases. I'm sure in time it will be full. Or, fuller than it is now at least.

Quality hammers or handles?![]()
He must live in a high crime neighborhood. I have a friend who lives in Detroit and he keeps 2 loaded glocks in his Snap On box.
I have a waterloo just like that! the old one that is. It was my first box, dad left it behind when he moved away. It still houses extra tools, big wrenches, and such. They built those pretty good.I got this about a month ago. It's a Waterloo Traxx I got for a very reasonable price. I figured it would take awhile to fill it up, but it seems most of the drawers are already accounted for...just that the tools now have a bit more breathing room
Here it is next to my old toolbox - also a Waterloo.

taterdog - Are you a student? Looks like you are taking advantage of a student discount and have some very nice tools.
Is that box from the Killeen, TX area?
Yup got it off craigslist. Was actually in the Temple are. Is there Something I should know about. The previous owner said it was bought off his buddies truck who was a Mac dealer back then but all my research says it's a Mountain Toolbox. Doesn't matter much It will work for what I need it for.

That looks really good! Can you post a front view of the after photo? It appears to be two-tone, but I'm not sure.
Ha, you got that from a friend of ours. Jake.
