here's my home built tool box. I've converted a blueprint cabinet into a tool box, I've welded a bottom frame (and added heavy load casters), a back frame, back board, tool hanger, wifi, mini computer, 24" flat screen (with tilt wall mount) for looking up manuals / form / circuits on the internet, speakers, mini-amplifier, diamond plate corner guards, multi power outlet..... Some features are still missing: i am going to combine the 4 bottom drawers into 2 larger drawers (for my power tools) and a combined air outlet on the front (got the parts already at home).

Sorry for the bad quality of the picture..... I will post better ones soon....

What is the inscription on the fence cutters to the right of the knipex. I have 2 of them with the years 1941 and 1943. This is only the third pair of them I have seen. Told they are a WW2 fence cutter used by the Allied troops but don't know if thats true. Awesome tool and if you would ever decide to sell contact me.

Try Brigade Quartermaster. They have a website, and IIRC, they had them for sale, but they weren't cheap. Also, give Jori at Harry Epsteins a call. Harry might have them in the store somewhere.

i have some old sockets and a set of 6 points us made wrenches the us made stuff looks nicer but thats cause its 20+ yrs old the off shore c man i have is actually not bad quality and is holding up very well

I've looked before and didn't see any markings on them. They are very high quality though, I've used them before for their intended purpose..cutting fence. Although I have to admit, I've never really known what they were for. Got them years ago from my ex-father-in-law. I'll have to take a better look and see if I can find out anything.

They have a larger "S" with a line over the top of it and say "US-5000 volts max"

@zuspiel Thanks! I love it. I figured I could build about 20 hutches for the price of 1 snap-on hutch. Next project will be a side cab to match.

Heres my current setup... MIGHT opt for another locker if I can get one at the right price. I'd have to move my craftsmen toolbox to make a second locker fit.

Joey, yours will do you fine until it's time to upgrade tools>box. My first was a red fishing box with the fish scale on top for measuring fish. So I had Snapper before Snap-On, lol

Just like JASTECH said, you have a nice tool box Joey. My first toolbox when I was a teenager was a few 5 gallon buckets with lids that i had to pour out to find a socket or a screwdriver. One had sockets, wrenches, ratchets, extensions, and screwdrivers. The second had hammers, pry bars, pliers, a drill, bits, files, and some other little stuff. The third was added when I started to amass specialty tools: pullers, pickle forks, fan clutch kit, etc. Man those damn things were heavy!
