Just got Facom Jet Toolbox on Friday....I still prefer the Lista toolboxes & cabinets to the Facom. At least its still being made in Europe.

I took pics of mine and loaded them onto photobucket so I could post them here . When we wnet to change our insurance around I asked about how much my garage was covered for . He said I should put pics on a disk incase something would happen . Thats when I told him about having them on photobucket and it was a better idea because I could just call him and he could check them out if I had to

I am with Farmers and I asked about insuring my tools at work. He said he don't know how to do it, that it should be covered by the company. He said he would look into it but I never heard back from him.

Who has their work tools at work insured by the tool owner?

An inland marine policy will cover them anywhere, as long as you have proof of what you have via an inventory list, photos, video, etc.

A few pics of my old box from over here in the UK. recently bought a lot more from my local Snap On dealer, including a shiney new KRL722 in red with a wooden top. Quite a major downsizing operation, but it's something I've always wanted and the KRA5000 series in the pictures is getting long in the tooth now (I couldn't think of any valid excuses)

Here's mine, I made the top myself, has stainless steel underside countersunk screws and I got it lacquered in an acid based lacquer to protect the beech. Great for stripping engines or gearboxes and turn it back over to the timber side and it's nice and neat again! Bought it when I finished my apprenticeship about 2yrs ago. Love it. Definitely the best thing I've bought for my trade, not because its snap on but because its large enough that ill have it for many many yrs without having to expand again

Hey guys, new to the forum. I actually found this site while researching for a new toolbox to buy. Here is my meager contribution...

Old toolbox, workplace casualty

New box paid for by the ***** that destroyed my old one...

Those pictures are almost 2 years old now, can't find any current ones. Will get newer pics and as well as drawer pics when I get home on the weekend for Christmas break, I'm currently away for school.

Ok you can't post pics like that without having a back story!!! Reminds me of a hand box I used to have that my sister ran over, mind you she almost hit my car due to the fact the hand box was RIGHT NEXT TO THE CAR!!!!

Well you see, I worked at a GM dealership at the time, and there were electricians working there on a scissor lift. This lift had the extendable platform on it. Well, long story short, the guy didn't retract the platform before lowering the lift, and BOOM, destroyed my toolbox. I didn't take a picture of the bottom roller cabinet, but it was mangled as well. The welds broke, wheels bent, it was baaaad. So, they bought me a new tool box, which is already overflowing!

Here's my modest contribution. 26.5" Craftsman Top and bottom. Most of this stuff is new this year. I finally got around to expanding/upgrading/organizing. I'm mainly a weekend warrior but I just couldn't pass up a lot of the deals in the Hot Deals section.
