Just got Facom Jet Toolbox on Friday....I still prefer the Lista toolboxes & cabinets to the Facom. At least its still being made in Europe.
What are those doodads on right side of top drawer?
They're angle socket wrenches......

FlatBlack, What's the history on the fire? Did all your tools melt? Insurance?
>
I have mine insured, need to make a inventory list like most of us here I think.
can't afford it
I have a $30k inland marine that cost me $108 a year. You can't afford not to have insurance if your tools are your income source.
I am with Farmers and I asked about insuring my tools at work. He said he don't know how to do it, that it should be covered by the company. He said he would look into it but I never heard back from him.
Who has their work tools at work insured by the tool owner?
A few pics of my old box from over here in the UK. recently bought a lot more from my local Snap On dealer, including a shiney new KRL722 in red with a wooden top. Quite a major downsizing operation, but it's something I've always wanted and the KRA5000 series in the pictures is getting long in the tooth now (I couldn't think of any valid excuses)
hey dude where do you get those metal clips to hold your ratchets and extensions?
It's hard to explain but out tools, equipment and etc are covered under a blanket policy. Personal tools and equipment and etc that belong to me will be replaced under coverage.the boss covers it ? ya right
never inquired ......if they disappear ..we go to court , I reckon
You can buy them directly from snap on, but they cost a bomb. I bought them from a local hardware store for pennies.
Hey guys, new to the forum. I actually found this site while researching for a new toolbox to buy. Here is my meager contribution...
Old toolbox, workplace casualty

Those pictures are almost 2 years old now, can't find any current ones. Will get newer pics and as well as drawer pics when I get home on the weekend for Christmas break, I'm currently away for school.
Ok you can't post pics like that without having a back story!!! Reminds me of a hand box I used to have that my sister ran over, mind you she almost hit my car due to the fact the hand box was RIGHT NEXT TO THE CAR!!!!
OxJaw, that is a very nice setup!![]()

What about those socket holders? I've been looking for some that display the sizes in a way that is easy to identify and those look like they would do it.
Those are the hansen socket trays. A lot of places carry them. I got mines from sears when they were on sale.
