Is the name of the color actually John Deere Green? I wonder if John Deere makes money every time that color is used on something by name.

Nope it's called tractor green close enough for me he said they use to come in neon green but I like this better

There is one in my future whether I like buying one or not, I will give into temptation and get one. I'm already the proud owner of a Kra 62c, but I think I need one of those too. As a buddy of mine says, " its only money, you make more!"

You will not regret it I promise and your right list price is 2405$

Finally got my new box, still waiting for the trim kit. Working on a hutch for it as we speak, couldn't justify $3k for the snappy one. (And I wanted it taller) no drawer pics as I haven't moved into it yet.ImageUploadedByTapatalk1390965996.028509.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1390966020.315534.jpg

Diddly,

I love the color. I had one in the same color. Had to get rid of it, since I could not keep the damn thing clean.

I ordered the same box with extreme green trim though. I've been waiting a bit over a month. Supposed east coast weather delays. It shipped the 9th!

New Snap-on showed up today finally. One drawer pull has a small scuff.
Old Mac next to it.

Yes. Truck guy said those are shipping out a few weeks after the boxes. I am hoping it can be redirected to my house since I am about to change dealerships and am going to work in the parts dept. At the new place. Can't wait to have ALL my tools at home.

So you bought that for your house! Wow, that's going to be a seriously nice (and expensive) homeowner box. Any reason you decided to buy that new box for home use?

Needed more room. I'm only out 3k with my trade in. I would have gone larger but I'm trying to buy a house right now too

So you aren't even turning wrenches anymore and you're trying to buy a house but you're only out 3k on top of your trade? What were you thinking? :headscrat You should have just bought a side locker or two for a few hundred bucks instead of spending a few thousand.

I do plenty of side work at home. Box is paid for. What works best for you may not be what's best for me. The purchase didn't set me back in my life plans.
I will post again when the trim shows up :)

Depends on shop layout and politics. Some shops may only have room for a small single bay stackable box. Some might give you 20 feet to do whatever you want with. Every shop I've worked at before where I'm at now, I always got whatever I wanted because I produced the most $$$. Now? It doesn't matter, and our shop is plenty big for whatever I come up with anyways. Might get a little cozy if I went out and bought a mr big or something, but I'm not planning on doing that. Doesn't mean it won't happen though.....
