Ok, so heres the inside photos, not totally done yet, got a couple of drawers left to do which i'll post when im finished. Its nice to be able to space stuff out purely to take up space now, instead of having stuff triple stacked in drawers, plenty of room for expansion!

That box isn't even close to full. Ditch the plastic trays for starters. Clean out the narrow deep drawer and stack the things that store best in their plastic trays. Box isn't full until you can't see the bottom of drawer. Even then, keep piling unit the drawer doesn't shut.

It is! Try and keep that paint shiny for as long as i can! The trays are from a company called cromwell tools over here in the UK.

Nice setup and collection of tools.

Here's mine. Sorry I don't have it in the garage yet, I have the rolling cabinet in the back of the truck still, and a neighbor is coming over later to help me get it out! 50% off through tomorrow, and a $35 promo coupon, I couldn't pass it up.

You have to like the reflections in shiny black boxes. At first glance that curly yellow air hose looked like a frill around a Can-Can dancer's skirt! :lol_hitti

Here's my new box! It's not even close to what some guys on here have but for the time being it should serve me well! Due to the amount of tools I have and the space I have available in my shed (no garage) I think this box is just right! You can just see on the left my old box which was just getting that little too small! I also have a 5 drawer top box I keep in my games room inside the house for battery tools and other tools I use regularly inside and also a small carry box that I have a few tools in that I can grab if I'm going out in the car!

The box was £400 ($560) down to £200 ($280) and a friend of mines got me staff discount as he used to work in the store and he got another £50 ($70) off so total was £149.99 ($211)!

Gonna spend tomorrow transferring some tools over and getting the stickers off!

Not my home box but here's my new truck setup. Took a 4 drawer craftsman rally box and mounted it inside my truck toolbox. I'm really happy with the outcome. I took about a year to piece together a second set of tools hitting sales.

Danaher (now Apex Tool Group) run Matco as well as Sata. Sata is a brand known in certain parts of east Asia, like mainland China.
If a Chinese person saw the Matco logo, they'd sure have the same reaction as well.
Have you handled any SATA ? Is it on the same level as Matco ?

I haven't looked through a SATA catalogue in several years, but back when I did, there were some familiar products. Familiar because they were sold under different brand names, like Gearwrench, Matco, and Crescent. So, to answer your question, no, I haven't handled any SATA branded stuff. But I have Gearwrench products, like the non-reversible, XL-length ratcheting wrenches that are manufactured at the SATA plant in China.

Attached images are from approximately 5 years ago.
