What do you all think about this test that Matco simulated?

Plus what is this supposed to show? What would happen if a super raised truck were to hit your box with its bumper going 15 MPH with all the drawers out of your box?

..they just checked off their little check boxes and moved on.
This is real world
because I do this to my box all the time
what a waste of time and money
I'm going to flag down the first macto truck I see and grid rid of my rickety SO.
looks like they used a classic 78 vs a larger higher end Matco?
Both brands do similar propaganda videos/tests, both also make excellent tool boxes.
I always wonder on these tests if the company that is made to look better if they havent gone in and done extra 'stuff' to make the product magically work better.
I think the drawer configuration should have been the same, obviously the Matco had a full length top drawer which incorporated a full support which just so happened to be the contact point on the drop.
coincidence?

Why don't they do a regular crash test like they do for cars?

ironic since they do the same stuff.
Here is snap-on's **** You to all of Matco's ******** from 2008.
Snap On does the same idiotic demonstrations(Biased I might add). They pull a SO box with little force from the sides, then they put all there competitors against ten-fold the amount of force, and say, "look how good SO held up." SO is the worst when it comes to these stupid demonstrations. Look at the stupid picture of the truck parked on top of a bunch of SO boxes. What the hell does that prove? They boxes cost more than the truck?
